Again, in most cases and companies, you can be fired for many reasons. Once again, this was not her 1st OR 2nd instance of "poor judgement". If they had already adressed this with her, n she did it again- whether you personally find it offensive or not- then thats on her

She is an actress and not a political figure (whose job is supposed to come up with ways to help the American people).She has the right to have an opinion (just as everyone else does). I understand where you're coming from about her 1st or 2nd offense, but it seems like the left can literally say or do (Kathy Griffin for example. The picture of a decapitated Trump is a terroristic threat to a president and nothing was done.) what they want and nothing is done.

And acting depends on the scripts? If you’re a bad actor, yes. But a good actor can put emotion into reading the phone book.

So again I'm confused as to why you posted that...and what it's relevance is to an actress under contract being fired...

This wasnt Carano's first controversial tweet, at least her third. And again depends if she was talked to and asked to reign it in or not.

His examples might not have been the best.

Pedro Pascal's comments in 2018 did not create even a stir with the left or Disney. Therein lies the double standard.

This I can agree with, like I said I don't know the extent. But the only double standard would be IF..like I said..they were both talked too about it, and both continued yet only she was fired...

Nobody even knows what was said behind the scenes, I'm just assuming.

Also, has Pascal posted anything since then that is "controversial"?

Some would think our political leaders saying controversial things are much worse than a private citizen.
There shouldn't be a comparison, it's much worse in my opinion when a representative of ALL citizens does it than a person who's job is entertainment.

If you are working for a television studio or film studio and you post something offensive that's worthy of "discipline", then you should be disciplined no matter what your political affiliation is.
