Sorry to say both of these comments are not feasible.

No way we trade Bradford or Murray if we get him and 20 for 3. Been proven wrong by chip but this just seems insane. None of the signings on offense do make sense, especially mathews.

Sproles is terrible at catching the ball. No way they put him in the slot or something. They probably will draft a WR in round 2 ish

The Eagles never announced it. Everything is from insiders like Schefter/Rapoport/Mortensen, etc. They all also said Gore would sign before he backed out. He could be having second thoughts.

Sure hope so. I really hate that signing a lot. I'd really prefer if we just draft a RB in the third round, but it seems like we're going to get Murray. In that case, we definitely have no use for Mathews here, and I sure hope he backs out. Just a useless cap hit IMO, and if we aren't confident that Polk can be a serviceable backup RB, just draft a RB in the third/fourth in case Murray gets injured.

99.9% of the time, I don't want the Eagles to lose a game. Even if there's nothing to play for, I'm not the kind of guy who just wants to see my team tank the rest of the season just to get a higher draft pick. However, looking at where we're out now, I really wish we wouldn't have won our last regular season game against the Giants. If we had lost that game, we actually would have had the 15th overall selection in this year's draft. If Chip was being serious about receiving an offer of a first round pick for Bradford, then we would have had two first round picks, which would make trading up for Mariota a lot easier. I'm not even a fan of trading up for Mariota, but now that Foles is gone and given the current situation we're in, it could have made getting "Chip's guy" a lot easier without having to mortgage our entire future.

Mathews left NovaCare Complex a few hours ago and was supposed to be heading to get his physical off site. They're still reports out that they are trying to sign him, but I doubt he wants to stay...

Really excited to see Demarco in this offense, and I think he will succeed big time. However, I'm really not a big fan of the price we signed him at. Especially considering we still are signing Ryan Mathews (WHY?), which doesn't make any sense to me.

I'll be super angry if we trade Evan Mathis. Of course, it depends on what we get in return, but he's one of the best guards in all of football. He's integral to our line, and regardless of his age, he's still an absolute beast.
