Part of the annoyance with the BGS case was the surface scratches and marring that really took away from its glory. Now freed from its cage all that remains is the thick inner sleeve in which she is sealed. The only way to free her from these chains is to cut her free...

I can breathe easy now, she's in a new home and the sheen and sparkle as the light refracts off her surface is simply sublime.

I don't care for graded cards myself, but having a card like that in my possession without it being slabbed (for protection purposes) would make me nervous as heck.

Grading is ridiculous, have submitted many cards that I knew were a psa 10 only to get 8.5 or 9s and many that I prayed would get a nine...bam a 10! But the market speaks volumes as to price. Wish I knew someone that worked at PSA?

I don't. I kind of just chose a SSP A/G rookie and went all in. Liked the image. That said, I'm now open to expanding my pallet since I'm not buying any current year
