I would love it that somehow, someway, one of these days PSA gives us insight to the process on how they grab submissions to start through the process. Maybe my next order I will send in a highlighter pink box with a ton of sparkly ribbon on it and see if it grabs their attention any earlier.

Maybe they have a life size claw game set up in the room and it all depends on which box they can grab with the claw.

I'm a little shocked how 2 cards from a well known set (1996-97 Skybox Autographics) can be stuck this long in R&ID.

So I've never had this happen before if anyone has any insight:

on Wed 11/22 I got a 'your item has shipped' email. Being before the holiday I did not expect it to actually move and it didn't as it was in "label created" tracking status on Fedex

I decided to check on the tracking today and it says the shipment has been cancelled by the shipper.
Is this something I should worry about?

That said it was a bulk order that was way faster than anticipated. Arrived to them on 10/17

It's probably because all the orders received after your order were stacked on top and yours is on the bottom somewhere. It's widely known that PSA doesn't do First In First Out.

I think the dual value is extremely slow. Mine was submitted 9/5 and didn’t go into grading until last week. CS says it’s a 75 business day processing time.

My 23 card value bulk order that arrived on 10/12 moved into QC today, grades available.

10 - Gem Mint 10
11 - Mint 9
1 - NM/Mint 8
1 - Very Good/Excellent 4 (this one I have no clue on)

Some of the 9's I am sure would pull 10's. Some of the 10's I was certain they would end up as 9's. I guess you never know. My favorite card of the group is the 1989 Topps Traded Deion Sanders rookie football card that pulled a 10. PT was my favorite player when I was young, so he is a player I PC (before Coach Prime was even a thing).

Here is the 4. One of the guys I PC. I can't see anything in the pic that shows a 4. I don't recall anything that bad when I sent it off. It is a little crooked, but not a 4 crooked. LOL. If when it comes back and I still don't see anything, I may crack and send to SGC and see what it grades there.

Can't tell much from those, and the PSA cert page isn't active yet with large scans for me to view...but I noticed this white line across the black border and it appears to extend through "running". Could be light reflecting off a surface defect

Just the general date from the estimated times once they start on the order but glad that it finally lists the date. Hopefully they can meet it a bit more than currently where it’s seemingly no rhyme or reason to how things get processed

It’s funny tho, I sent 4 orders in and the Value Plus have moved to Grading while my 1 card Regular is still in Research and ID

I didn’t learn my lesson the last time I sent a 1 card Regular order I guess (altho I did get a PSA voucher)

I think this is so people can visually see what PSA has “committed” to when it comes to the different service levels. Anything faster should be looked at as exceeding expectations.

Not likely same day. Had some orders take about a week before grades popped. Have two orders in this status that over 35 business days old so hopefully yours is faster than that!

Probably smart move by PSA, the orders should drop well before the expectation date. I am not exactly sure when the 65 business days start so I always start my tracking date when the order hits Research and ID, so using the dates I see on my orders, puts at about 75-80 business days. Maybe though it doesn't start till it hits the grading stage.

Order received 09/18 finally popped. I got a really fun grader. 11 of the cards were Heritage from 2022 & 2023 which I know are tough grades, but not a single gem from those.

5 - 8's
1 - 6
