I'm glad they added the estimated completed date. My December orders were going through quickly. Unfortunately a lot of my value plus and regular orders are now getting stuck in assembly and passing the estimated dates. Small backlog in assembly? Hoping they move through soon

Flew through the last few steps today. It was a successful cross from SGC 10 to PSA 10. Prices have really come down on these so I probably won't make much off the crossover but I'll take it.

Have a two card order (value plus) that was estimated to be completed by 1-8-24. It got to assembly pretty quick through the holidays and is now stuck there. I’m assuming, and waiting for an up charge email soon. It’s frustrating paying for the quicker turn around times and not getting it.

Haven't posted in here in awhile, but wanted to mention that my recent Modern Sports NY Special order (51 cards) appears to be FLYING through.

I sent it off priority on 1/3, logged as arrived on 1/5. It hit grading I think Monday, 1/8. My phone app and online summary is showing assembly already (but when I go into the details of the order it still says grading, I think its about to switch over? both my last 2 orders have done that at some point). If its already in assembly thats insane. I always try to get my orders to them as fast as I can the day a big promotion like this is offered to get to the front of the line so to speak (FIFO or not) and it appears to have paid off this time.

In comparison, my 80s/90s sports card holiday special (62 cards) just hit assembly last week and was submitting around December 1.

I have two orders that arrived similar to yours and are both moving quickly. One is a bulk and the other is value plus. I also have one showing assembly but when you click on it, it shows grading. Oddly it's my 20 card bulk that has an estimated date of April and my 5 card value plus still shows grading. It was ahead of the bulk submission up until a couple days ago.

I think my last order did this and like that night or the next day it did show as moved to assembly. One order says assembly with a clock next to it in my online dashboard, while the other shows a check mark and actually does show as assembly in the details.

Had a 80s-90s Sports Special finish in 15 days once it hit R&ID (that's where I start to calculate the days). Of course, not sure when it will actually ship so that 15 days may not mean anything if they don't ship it for another month or so.

Crazy thing is, that Sports Special arrived on 12/18/2023 and finished quickly while I had a Value Bulk 1980> that arrived on 9/7/2023 and hit R&ID on 9/25/2023 and was just charged yesterday for it. That one was mostly modern but did have a few early 80's marvel cards in it which I am sure is what slowed it down considerably.

Does PSA have one person answering phones?

I was next in line for about 25 minutes until I finally got through. The person who helped me said he has no idea what is going on with my sub and why it is stalled out. He said he has to put in a request to the other department to find out why my order is not moving. He said if it continues to stall out, he would give me a customer satisfaction voucher. So we will see where this goes.

I called immediately when they opened and it said two people were ahead of me. It's been "I'm the next caller" for about 45 mins now and I'm still on hold... I find it hard to believe it takes this long to deal with each customer! They must have only one person. I decided to stay on the line since last week I was third in line, did the call back method, and it was almost an hour and a half before they called back.

I have a 25 card reholder special order that hasn't moved since mid Sept. I called last Wednesday and they were supposed to submit an escalation case since it was almost a month past the expected completion date. They said they would email me the information and I should hear something soon. Over a week later and no email and still no movement on the order....

I was probably the second caller ahead of you. My call took less than 5 minutes once he finally answered. When the guy answered, it was like he was almost in shock someone was on the line. He was like "um hello" and then I had to reply before he finally said "thank you for calling PSA, my name is blah blah blah". Very similar to you, the guy told me he would email me the information about opening a case for my order and then I could just reply to him via that email to follow up. I won't hold my breath that any email is ever sent.

Same thing happened to me! When he finally picked up the call, it was silent and I could hear movement and rustling and I said "Hello?" and he was like oh hey this is so and so. He told me that my escalation case went to a manager last week on the 4th when I called, but he was out of office at the time and seems it might have gotten lost in the shuffle.... He supposedly opened another case and marked it high priority this time. He tried to say there was no turnaround time tied to reholders, but I quickly told him this was the reholder special that did have the 65 business day turnaround time tied to it and it was already a month past that which is why I was calling again. He said oh you're right, I see that now. I asked about getting credit for this ordeal and he said I'd have to wait until I got the order back in hand, and then fill out a customer support form on the website. I'd have to state how long past the turnaround time my order was and they would make a determination then for a future credit...
