Seems pretty dumb of the state. So they are no longer going to fund a program that aids homeless people and gets them off the street. You should start sending them to Harrisburg and giving them tents to setup. I bet they'll change their minds and find some funding. I mean they kill you on PA Turnpike tolls and seeing how bad the roads are in PA, the money isn't going there.
