One card I have in the sub is a unique new card. When I looked this morning there was 1 graded for it. Could that be mine or would it be another one? Also not sure if it was there before or not but haven't seen the card sell on eBay or even be listed.

Totally. WTH? People getting 10-15 day turns on bulk orders, so I'm like okay, let's do this. 2 months later... twiddling my thumbs, shaking my head.

Yeah I had a store submission 2/19 (modern value) received end of Feb and it’s supposedly been stuck in “order prep,” dunno if later stages will be quicker but right now it’s definitely tracking for more than 45 business days.
Fwiw, 10 card submit.

Seems a lot slower than last submission which was a single card that took perhaps 5-6 weeks total to receive back.

I’ve called now maybe 4 times and each time the recording said to call back at another time.

Yeah, keep twiddling.. keep twiddling. It was fast for like 6-8 weeks and now it's like WTF happened??

Every stage is slow and there is no telling, besides the Checkmark the circle turns into instead of the clock.. that means you're close to the next 'twiddling' stage.

I've gotten a hold of them fairly easily myself. I am on the east coast and they open at 7am PST. I have the number saved, and as soon as it hits 10am EST (when they opene).. I call! I usually get 1 person ahead of me. That is because I forget the prompts sometimes, but if you know the prompts ahead of time, it'll help.

But they do offer a 'Call back when your turn comes,' so that's a benefit, rather than sitting on hold for 45 min.

Welcome to PSA's customer service.

On the west coast, I have to wake early and call precisely at exact 7am, and then I get in the queue and get a call-back, and that usually happens about 1-2 hours later.

And then when you finally do get through to someone, they'll tell you that's not their area of expertise, and they will get back to you via email a few days or over a week later. If you call back another time, it's the same thing. It's a mess, but that's just my experience, but apparently I'm not alone.

Two cards I was hoping for a 10 was my Ohtani warm up jersey and Dominguez gold rookie but both got 9s. The base cards I subbed were basically 10s except 1 Evan Carter and 3 Jasson. Should get them in time for the show in 2 weeks. Will save on fees to get back some money from the case.

I feel as though in some cases PSA sees that date and tries to get as close to it without going past it. Not always the case but for those of us that have orders that just sit in assembly for many weeks it does feel like it.

So this one went into Assembly Complete yesterday and this morning I got an upcharge email for a Bedard YG, PSA 10.

I have never gotten an upcharge email that fast....good sub overall though.

Shipped out on Saturday, March 15th.

Took PSA almost 2 weeks to send email receipt confirm.

Went to grading on Friday. Already in assembly as of today.

Considering it has an expected completion date of 5/31 that is lightning fast. Plan to take advantage of this and send another this month since they extended the modern discount to April!
