Opposite is a Raw Group. No cooking allowed - think steak tartar and sashimi.

Despite the foregoing, it's still pretty darn easy to acquire just about any of the non Top 5-10 cards in the set at a fair price point on any day of the week.
The point I am making is, while T206's community may be inelastic, there is also not robust demand for T206 OUTSIDE of that community. At this very moment in time, Project 2020 is arguably the hottest series in the sport card industry.

I get what you are trying to say but its not apples to apples.

Efdot pretty much sold out of everything. Even with the jacked up prices. I think there's a few higher priced autos left. They'll be gone soon. His Patreon system worked flawlessly for me. I prefer his way of selling the autos over any other artist (by far).

Probably a PBM.

I got kicked out of a FB group because I linked to BO when all the trimming stuff was coming out and the mod was a PBM that would boot people whenever they mentioned it. LOL.

Its too bad for me. I picked up a Williams auto during the craze for not to much more on Ebay. Was planning on getting one of each card. I guess I'll have to nix those plans.

I truly like his system. I passed on this round, Gwynn isn’t one of my guys, but the prices seemed fair even if they were an increase. Also like the livestreams. Cool to see his process and the iterations throughout.

It’s cool, I was Efdot fan from the beginning and I already conceded defeat at his new pricing structure. But I’m super happy for him!!!

Good for the artist good for the hobby but good lord. Its like all the ventilators the usa made that you will be able to buy at a pawn store in a cpl years.

Because some people loaded up on multiple Project cards all the way up until Griffey Shores, and it's tough to dump massive quantities of a high print run card at the same time. High-volume flippers will probably be selling now, tomorrow, next week, and next month. It's hard to dump 20 cards all at the same time without putting downward pressure on prices, especially when you're dealing with a card that was bought up by buyers groups. It's easy for OPEC to hold when oil prices are high, but everything hits the fan when oil prices tumble.

Some high-volume flippers who are recommending others hold are probably dumping some of their own Project as we speak. At $20 MSRP, it's tough to not take money off the table when prices are falling.

Personally, I just think there are better opportunities in the hobby right now without the same level of volatility and frustrating ebay buyer/seller issues.

Beanie Babies and Cabbage Patch dolls, that's what this has become, what a shame, it was pretty cool. Price manipulation at its finest. There is enough blame to pass around so I won't even start. Not sure I care if I complete my Mattingly set, idk.

So I purchased a card, and it has since declined slightly. No biggie. No plans on canceling. I plan on honoring all my purchases. But what I don’t like is that the seller says the item has shipped and tracking number was applied with a shipment date for jun2-4th. For a card that topps hasn’t even printed yet!!! This is bad. Just spoke to eBay about this. I was told that I should open a claim on June 5th BECAUSE if he decides to not ship the card and 30 days has passed from my expected delivery date, there’s basically nothing they can do about it and the window to file a claim has passed. Returns have a different policy! This is EXACTLY what was told to me by eBay this am. Beware buyers as well as sellers!!! This could cause a bigger issue down the line. Oh and the seller I purchased from has high number of feedback and 100% rating.
