Sean, if you’re looking for more underpriced cards it seems like the Update US1 rainbow foil is a good buy right now. PSA 9’s going for $100 or less. Seems pretty low for that card

Just got this one in yesterday! Paid $70. Looks like it would grade a PSA9 maybe a a PSA10 with a generous grader. I haven't been posting any of my pick ups lately as it seems no one cares about my low to mid end collection. But I a have been super happy. A card like this is super under valued at the moment.

Pure speculation but I think anything moderately priced of him pitching is a good buy. I can’t see how the Dodgers let him pitch again, if I’m the FO I can’t allow it. Though I have no idea what’s in his contract.

Foilboards are so limited and shiny. It's hard to go wrong with any of the 3 you listed.

He has full intentions of pitching next year so I'm sure he wouldn't have signed if the Dodgers said otherwise.

Why not let him pitch? There's no downside to letting him and he's an above average pitcher.

If you're willing to go H Chrome, why not Topps Chrome? #150 is the same image as your #700 parallels and would pair well. A Blue+ would be awesome. #700 chrome retail (batting) is worth consideration too.

Action 17 is not the rarest (2,000Ish PR), but one of my favorite images. It also takes us down nostalgia lane, since it was chased so hard on release.

Because if he blows out his arm during the season you lose his bat for at least 6 months and with it his 40/40 prowess. And yes, he is a well above average starting pitcher, no argument there.

I don’t doubt Shohei wants to pitch. But Shohei isn’t the ultimate decision maker when Billions of dollars are at stake.

Did you read what I wrote? Yes, I’m sure Shohei without a shadow of doubt wants to pitch. If I’m the Dodgers FO, heck Dave Roberts too, I refuse to let him.

Perhaps, remember that $700M is to be covered what under the next 30 years?
Exposure, merch, relevance, broadcast etc. Dodgers ownership will be just fine.

Ohtani is an incredible athlete and one day likely to be an OF. 1B not needed with Freeman.

I have a Topps Chrome Purple /299 at PSA now, not much of a fan of the purples so I plan to sell it when it gets back(hopefully as a gem)

Im trying to keep the budget around $750- 1k(just spent 6k on a Mahomes RPA so funds are low lol) A Blue Topps Chrome /150 is out of the budget and I’m kinda drawn to the Heritage cards in general. I sold all my purples and even half my blues to get a few extra orange/reds. That's the way to go. Stay patient.
