I'm sure Matt was in from the beginning and was just happy to collect. Let's face it, it he bought 5-10 of the first 20 cards he is still way ahead of anyone.

People are paying $150 for Michael Jordan base cards that were probably made in the 50,000-100,000 range from 1993-94 Topps Finest.

The early cards here will always have a value that far exceeds what Matt paid.

I bought a Vides Gooden for the collection late last week for $350. In the time it taken for the seller to ship (99% due to Memorial day) and USPS just letting the card circle around the Detroit USPS center for 4 days...Ive seen the card go from $350-$1600-$800'ish. All in the matter of 6 days. Doesn't matter since its a collection piece, but just a crazy rollercoaster of fun.
