Worst ending to a PPV in years. The Smackdown mitb match was fantastic, WWE Championship match was great, the rest was awful. RAW mitb match was, IMO, one of the worst matches in WWE history. Just awful.

The WWE Championship match did not close out Money in the Bank. The last time the WWE Championship ended the night was at TLC in December of 2011. January had the Royal Rumble match, February had Kane vs. John Cena, Wrestlemania had Rock vs. Cena, Extreme Rules featured the return of Brock Lesnar, Over the Limit featured Cena vs. Laurinaitis, and last month No Way Out ended with John Cena vs. The Big Show. It looks like Summerslam will end with Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar, which would put a possible WWE Championship match to end Night of Champions in September.

How all of that garbage aired after the edge-of-your-seat Bryan/Punk bout is unfathomable, especially since the AJ angle is more over than Cena/Show right now. Terrible booking to have Punk win all three matches, though.

Next weeks RAW is looking like it may be one of the better shows in years. Hopefully Austin will show up as well.

This show can't disappoint, though. I'm hoping Punk retains and we don't have to see John Cena in the title scene for a while.
