Just getting to opening my mail since Christmas. 3 Obsidian Color Blasts, 2018 Flawless patch auto that truly is flawless, another patch auto, plenty of 2017 color and bass including 4 Optics. Can't wait to get all 800-900 cards organized

Chiefs signed Rams cap casualty G/C Austin Blythe.

Book on him is a very solid run blocks, has some holes as a pass blocker.

It's very much looking like the interior of the Oline should be pretty solid.

Still questions about the Tackle positions.

How is the Patty market doing overall? Unfortunately, I sold out just before SuperBowl so haven't been doing my usual obsessive crack addict comp checking..

There are a number of players in the football market that have been selling at record highs. Where is Patty at? Close to Pre-Superbowl prices? Discount?

The line does work as a unit. Stronger interior theoretically should mean he can more easily step up into the pocket Brady-style. Run game should also be able to take pressure off too. Definitely need to get a starting caliber tackle still, though.

Looks like the strategy now is to go bargain hunting. I liked the Jarran Reed signing. Getting stronger up the middle helps everyone else.

Someone could correct me, but generally I see the Pat market all over the place. XRC's in March were up, then a little down now.

The last notable NT was down 30% since Feb. But the most recent Red Optic /99 PSA 9 that sold a few days ago was an obscenely high number 11k+. So I really don't know how to gauge it. It just depends on the night of the week.

Mahomes experts, with the current drop in card prices the past 6 weeks what do you think a fair price is currently on a Mahomes NT/99 RPA BGS 9/10 auto with a 3 color patch? Subs are 2 x 9, 1 x 9.5, and 1 x 8.5 for surface. Last sale for a BGS 9/10 was $204.9k on 2/13 but that was before most cards have dropped 30-50% the past 6 weeks.

That card isn't dropping 30-50%

Quality Mahomes stuff hasn't moved much, if at all over that time frame:

PSA 10 Prizm is steady
PSA 10 XRC has 3 sales post Super Bowl. $13.5k in Feb, $15k in Feb (BIN), and $13.8k just 2 days ago
PSA 10 Optic Holo is trending slightly up
BGS 9.5 NT RPA recently sold for $295k

So to answer your question, probably about $200k

If I had to put together a list of where NT RPA prices are right now based off of most recent sales, it'd go like this:

BGS 8.5 1-Color: $85k
BGS 8.5 2-Color: $105k

Haha... to hard to say....

With so few copies even made, I'd guess that prices are much choppier and less linear.

True with so little copies. If I had to guess the /99 vs /25 flawless is somewhere around 50-55% or so. Shot in the dark though.

Probably not too far off....

I tried to fight it, being that it's not a true rookie card in the most traditional sense of the word... but the hobby has decided that it's his #2 RPA after the NT.

Wow. Talk about some low prices at Goldin. NT Stars and stripes 8.5 /13 with sick patch going for 110k (132k with BP). That seems very, very low. BGS 10 XRC for 13k (15.6k with BP) also seems low.

But also going higher than last two sales (after BP) was the Optics Contenders Gold and the NT Rookie Materials Auto Gold.

I'm amazing that thee Rookie Materials Gold would go for more than the Stars and Stripes... let alone $50k more.

Proof, once again with these, that Grade > Patch.

I was always of the opinion years ago, patch mattered. But in today's market, all people care about is a grade!
