Running PSA Order Tracker

QA check # 1, logged 8/2, standard service. Please show me some numbers today!

PSA is really pissing me off. Multiple orders. I can’t take this much stress. I’ve paid $600+ to get just 4 cards graded expedite. This is not acceptable. Someone has to do something about this. I could have just went with longer wait time if this is what they will do to me. Excuses after excuses. One is apparently lost after paying for 2 day service. Some did not even get graded and even had one where they deemed a BGS 9.5 recolored when I sent it in to with a minimum of 10. After being graded and saying it is a N3: EVIDENCE OF RECOLORATION, they just stopped all together and did not even provide a tracking number even though it says grades are ready and I paid for 2 day service. Also have 2 PSA Authentic I bought recently to get graded that they said can’t give a numerical grade. So are you telling it isn’t authentic when it’s in a PSA authentic case? The card is pretty sharp for vintage. Someone has to do something about this.

Update: Contacted usps via email and reported the package should be at the Anaheim usps according to PSA customer service. Just got email saying they have found and it’s on the way. Sigh 😔 of relief. Still the other 3 cards how PSA graded was unfair and unjust imo. Never in my life heard of a BGS 9.5 be labeled as recolored. Might just be PSA not wanting to give BGS any credit. Bias 100% plays into the grading.

Step 2: "Order Prep" = Set it on a shelf.
Step 3: "Research and ID" = Sitting on that shelf.
Step 4: "Grading" = Sitting on a different shelf.
Step 5: "Assembly" = "We should check to see what's in this dusty box at some point"
Step 6: "Q&A Check 1" = No actual meaning.
Step 7: "Q&A Check 2" = Grading/labeling.
Step 8: "Shipped" = Shipped.

You're right lol...each of those "stages" could really mean anything. PSA's way to keep their customers' hopes up
