In my experience - no luck getting any credit/comp for one day as they’ll state the time frames are “estimates”. Usually only extensive delays would result in credit and that usually requires you pushing for it.

No. They are estimates not guarantees.

Funny thing is… this bulk May special (155 cards) is going to POP with PSA before a 1-card express order with BGS that was entered around the same time. Absolutely insane how badly they’re struggling over there.

At what point does the process get held up for an up charge?

I’ve been sitting on Assembly complete check mark for a few days and feel like the grades usually pop the next day?

Mine were check marked in assembly for 6 days before getting charged and grades popped. No upcharge.

Ah, I was wondering about the lag, too. Mine has been sitting check-marked over 24 hours now. Guess I should prep for a weekend reveal lol

Quick question, when you guys are referring to "Check marked in assembly" does that mean in the PSA app or on the website? The website shows assembly with a checkmark but the app shows the clock-hands looking symbol.

Everyone is referring to the green checkmark on the website. The app never shows that for me. Once you get the green checkmark on the website though, its usually only a few days (in my experience) until you get grades and the order completes.

I have 4 orders stuck on Assembly complete checkmark: 1 completed on 6/29 and the other 3 on 7/12. Usually Grades Ready is within a day of assembly complete so not sure what is going on.

Until about a week ago I could see the 1 that completed assembly on 6/29 was stuck on QA2 in the old tracker but looks like they shut that down.

You are not alone. As others noted, there appears to be a major slowdown at PSA resulting in longer wait times with the green assembly checkmark.

Don't get too tied up into others posting their quicker turnaround times as PSA simply just has no set process. I have been on that end of the spectrum as well where orders will finish a lot quicker and some just seem to get stuck and sit idle for several weeks with zero movement.

My 1st post on this forum.Does the estimated completion date have anything to do with the long waits. My May 10X sub has had the green checkmark by Assembly for 2 weeks now. However, my estimated completion date is 8/23. Don’t really know what to think at this point.

My tcg that was entered on 6/18 just went to grading. Seems like tcg is really backed up

Anyone else stuck on Order Arrived? Closing in on three weeks with no movement at all on a June Pokémon special. Wondering if I should be concerned.

It appears that PSA has a bit of a backlog at the moment. Seems like everyone is backed up and waiting for movement updates.

They've been sending more sports card orders to NJ lately, so that's probably why tcg is moving slower. Maybe they wanted to cross train their pokemon graders before the national? About 75-80% of mine have gone there in recent months.

The PCSportscard thread shows they have 58 orders outstanding, which is low for them, so I don't think they're backed up across the board. My stuff has been moving at normal speed, though I would've rather waited a few more weeks and had them graded in CA.

I think there's truth to this...my stuff seems to be sitting in the same spot for longer than normal? The two in grading just entered that stage about 2-3 days ago...

How long does it usually take an order to show up on the PSA website once it's been delivered ? Tracking shows delivered on 7-12 but it still isn't showing up in the " My Orders " section.

What it's worth it's a July Football Special with a est 50 day turnaround. My guess is they aren't going to make that deadline.

Could be the slab issue they are working through having to switch back to the old style.
