Yes. When your cards are sold, you will get an email the following Tuesday (I believe at is a static day). That will include an invoice broken down with the amount you owe/are owed.

They will keep your cards until your invoice is paid off.

Does anyone know if you use account credit to cover subs and you have enough on your account to cover the sub but still want to consign some cards, will the remaining cards ship asap?

109 moved from grading to assembly December 22nd. I doubt elf slab cards.

We want to start by wishing you a happy and healthy New Year. This morning, we learned that one of our employees tested positive for COVID-19. Due to this, we will be suspending all of our consignment operations, including grading to consignment, for a minimum of two weeks. Our goal is to restart consignment operations in two weeks, and grading to consignment in one month.

What This Means for You:

Consignment Only Customers: Any cards shipped to us will not be listed for a minimum of two weeks, possibly longer. Any items that were scheduled to list this week (currently over 2000) will also be delayed. If you do not see your items currently listed, please assume they will not be listed for at least two weeks. Items that were scheduled to relist (Unpaid from the last 3 weeks) will also be delayed. If you would like your cards shipped back to you, please reach out to consignment@pcsportscards.com

Grading to Consignment Customers: For the next month, our grading to consignment service will be unavailable. If you have already requested this service and your items are not yet listed, it is safe to assume they will not be listed for at least 2 weeks. If you would like these items returned to you, we will inform you of any outstanding balance and ship the items back to you. If your cards have not yet been returned from grading, they will be shipped back to you directly once they are graded. If you would like to consign these cards with us once we resume consignment operations, please submit a new consignment order.

Grading Only Customers: At this time there have been no positive tests in the grading office, but we are actively getting tested to confirm.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our goal is to provide you with the best service in the hobby, and we will be spending the next few weeks doing everything in our power to achieve that goal.

Question here that others may have. Do you prefer we hold all consignment shipments until things are back to normal? Just sent one today, but do have other stuff I was going to send soon.

Thanks man, we are doing what we can. Right now we are full steam ahead at the grading office but please understand if there are some slight delays.

I just sent something for grading today. If the grading gets shut down as well, will the packages sent still be picked up? Kind of a random question but I assume your PO box gets full pretty fast.

We will figure out how to keep it going. Probably send me wife to bring it back to the house and crack mail open from here like the good ole days.

12 bins of mail today. We don’t even have packages going into the actual box. Lol

Every situation is different. If you have enough credit to cover something that’s easy. If you have some and want to use it and then pay the difference that’s relatively easy. If you wanna pay and leave the credit it’s the easiest.

Hey Josh - has your rep indicated that PSA is really backed up checking orders in? I noticed that not a single order sent after Christmas has been checked in yet.

Haha. I figured as much. Was just wanting to make sure subs sent wouldn't get returned due to lack of space in said PO box

Lots of orders checked in, we have prioritized getting orders entered and shipped back along with direct communications about orders popping and getting sent in over that update. My guys will take care of that today or tomorrow.
