There's a chance my NFL special that i sent in almost a month before a June special will leap frog it. That NFL special hit a assembly checkmark this morning.

Did anyone submit under the Aug XL special? I submitted one but seeing if anyone else has? I looked back a few pages but didn't see anything. Mine is a dual so it will take longer than a standard, but just wanting to see a reference point.

I've had an order in Assembly since the middle of last week. It just went "green check" last night and I'm leaving town on Friday. Any guesses on whether it'll make it before Friday or should I get them a new/temporary shipping address?

I've had the "green check" for about 2 weeks, so I doubt you will get your order by Friday.

Reading all these stuck orders is depressing. And then seeing PSA on Twitter announcing where they will be next for orders to be dropped off is kind of frustrating. How about catch up on what you have now? Yet, we still keep sending them our cards because of the possible ROR. I am in the camp also, so I am guilty as charged. I really wish SGC or CGC would shorten the gap between them and PSA.

The hobby has already decided over multiple decades that SGC is not going to replace PSA. I think that it’s CGC or bust for that.

The parent company over SGC also owns PSA - why would they try to cannibalize the cash cow?

CGC is the only viable contender at this point and they’d need a major push from Fanatics to make it happen.

this is a crossover and I put a minimum grade. it's moving too fast for my liking. making me feel like they are just taking my $100, not even looking at it, then saying it wouldn't cross. It's a vintage card and I put a minimum of a 2 grade. i have had multiple people look at it and they all believe a 2 minimum will be no problem. but we all know that psa doesnt usually agree with the masses haha.

Not that this will make anyone feel any better but I have had an order with the Green Assembly Check for 8 weeks now. I reached out to PSA and they said that they are still within the 50-business day turnaround. While that is true, the fact that it hit assembly 2 months ago, why would they wait for the full turn-around time frame to finish it? That is what is most irritating to me, why not just finish it instead of letting it sit cause it's still in the 50-day turnaround time?

And the kicker is, they have in fact done this before, where some orders will only take 20 days from start to finish. Their entire process is very wonky.

Yeah I sent 2 orders, each with 1 card as one of them was a Crossover.
Both were Order Prep 8/8.
Non-Crossover card grades popped 8/21
Crossover Grades popped 8/27

I'm unsure if PSA goes in order with their cert numbers, but it looks like they are on #95105839, and then it ends. My order has cert #95109000+, so it looks like I'll be waiting a while even though I have the green assembly checkmark

I’ve got two cards sent in for dual service value level in June that just moved to Grading last Thursday. Their cert numbers are 9417xxxx. The 4 is not a typo. 😂
