same boat from 18th

my sales arent really up unless i run a markdown sale, the only things i get moving otherwise are the new stuff being added. getting 2x the offers now though but lots are lowball

So they just blew me off. They closed it as resolved but did nothing with no explanation. So they upcharged for no reason and lost my COAs. No big loss but it's the principal. They were not prepared for this promo.

FWIW, my package which arrived August 18 was logged in today, 2 weeks after the package which arrived August 14.

On the plus side, processing on the 2 week cards has been timely, and about 50 (of 1200) of the 16-week cards in the first batch have already been processed.

So I use safari on my iPhone to browse comc. Lately I have been needing to tap on the link 3 or 4 times before it engages. Is anyone else having this issue? It works normally on other sites.

Yes I have as well. I've noticed it over maybe the past 3-4 weeks.

In case anyone is missing 2020 Topps X Super 70s from their order and getting wrong cards uploaded on their account.. Emailed COMC last night no response yet but they're in my pending inventory and I didn't send them on order they're working on

I’ve been doing one or 2 sales a day lately and then yesterday out of the blue did 13. Certainly not complaining, figured football would heat up before the season but it has definitely ramped up w the season starting this week.

Similar. My 50ish card select order from a package arrived August 14 and logged on August 22 completed 'timely' (by COMC's definition of counting from when they log it in) last night. I'm at 117/1,085 on the 16-week regular submission, which far exceeds my expectations.

seems i get about 70% of the mails and when i check there are offers i never saw

The problems with the mobile site started exactly the day they rolled out the app. Maybe it was the day they took away the Captcha.

Yes. That has been happening quite often. I enabled notifications on my app, so I am seeing the offers there. This has happened in the past. At some point in the future you will probably get spammed with 50 offers that you have already dealt with.

I received an e-mail where COMC claimed my quantity estimate was 1569 cards.

I counted the cards multiple times before mailing out and came up with 2792 cards.

Should I be concerned or is this standard for the estimate to be way off?


It's possible they broke it up into two or more different batches. The email might just be referencing one of the batches.

If you check your processing status, you might see several different batches which add up to approximately 2,792. You might also see this on the lower right corner of your Dashboard.

In general, it doesn't matter too much. All sorts of wild numbers fly around until the batches are finalized.

If it's been a few days and your Dashboard says there is only one batch with 1,500 cards, then I'd be inclined to contact support and see what's up. However, an individual email is just a snapshot in time.

I have got that when I have used safari on my phone. I close the tab, open a new one, and login again. Then I do not have the issue for another few days. Then I just start over with the process.

Are you on the app?

I had to click the "open in browser" option on the login page and that fixed it for me
