So they just blew me off. They closed it as resolved but did nothing with no explanation. So they upcharged for no reason and lost my COAs. No big loss but it's the principal. They were not prepared for this promo.

FWIW, my package which arrived August 18 was logged in today, 2 weeks after the package which arrived August 14.
On the plus side, processing on the 2 week cards has been timely, and about 50 (of 1200) of the 16-week cards in the first batch have already been processed. |

So I use safari on my iPhone to browse comc. Lately I have been needing to tap on the link 3 or 4 times before it engages. Is anyone else having this issue? It works normally on other sites.

Yes. That has been happening quite often. I enabled notifications on my app, so I am seeing the offers there. This has happened in the past. At some point in the future you will probably get spammed with 50 offers that you have already dealt with.

I received an e-mail where COMC claimed my quantity estimate was 1569 cards.
I counted the cards multiple times before mailing out and came up with 2792 cards. Should I be concerned or is this standard for the estimate to be way off? It's possible they broke it up into two or more different batches. The email might just be referencing one of the batches. If you check your processing status, you might see several different batches which add up to approximately 2,792. You might also see this on the lower right corner of your Dashboard. https://www.comc.com/Manage/ProcessingStatus In general, it doesn't matter too much. All sorts of wild numbers fly around until the batches are finalized. |

If it's been a few days and your Dashboard says there is only one batch with 1,500 cards, then I'd be inclined to contact support and see what's up. However, an individual email is just a snapshot in time.

I have got that when I have used safari on my phone. I close the tab, open a new one, and login again. Then I do not have the issue for another few days. Then I just start over with the process.
