Not sure how this moved so quickly through to assembly after reading through everyone else's posts. Assembly is in "green checkmark" indicator. Grades not ready though.. maybe an error?

I have several just like yours the processed through pretty quickly only to stall out at the green assembly for about a month now. Hoping for your sake your order finishes faster.

I think most of us have tempered our expectations at this point. PSA doesn't exactly send us updates the reason why their processes slow down. We just have to be patient and deal with it unfortunately. At least we know they will eventually finish.

Popped today at 10:41 am EST and checked my order as soon as I get the email/app notification.

No option to change the destination for my cards and 30 minutes later my order is marked completed with all 200 of my cards being sent to the vault.

I call them and they say nothing can be done as it's already shipped to the vault and that I'd have to contact the vault.

What a slap in the face. They add all these features, promote them, and all they do is screw the customer over.

That's wild. I usually stagger my orders so I can sell off some from previous to cover the next one. Well, one went way slow, one went crazy fast, and the other in the middle so they all popped the same week. Worked out but stuff like that goofs up the mojo.

I thought at the point of submission, before the cards have even left the my possession, the submission form asked me whether to ship the cards back to me at completion...or to the vault? I think that is where I chose to have the entire order shipped back to me.

There's sometimes a short lag between when it pops and when you can see the pop. You'll probably be able to see them within the hour. The email notification will clue you in but you might be able to see them shortly before you get that message.

I think you can also change it before QA? Once it gets to QA you cant make changes.

That sounds about right...that there are more opportunities after submitting the submission form for the submitter to update where the card(s) should be sent to...but well before the final stages.

A couple months ago they added a feature that allows you to change the destination of each of your cards at no additional shipping cost. So you can send half your order to the vault and the other half to your home with no added fees.

If my card grades a 10 and it's value is upped to $1k it's better to send it to the vault and sell it their because the fees are only 10% with not having to worry about scammers or the card getting lost during shipping.

If it gets a 9 I could ship it home and sell it myself at a card show or keep it.

Or sometimes I grade the same card twice with plans of keeping the 9 and selling the 10 through the vault.

I wait until grades pop to figure it all out.

Guess in theory, the new feature is nice but reality doesn't match theory? Because there was no time lag between QA and Complete to allow submitter to choose where to send the card.

Last year they ran one on new year's iirc. But with the Game Stop volume they're getting, who knows.

Not sure what people are sending in. Yesterday, I looked up the grading premiums for some Jackson Merrill cards, only to see they were puny (after grading fees). Their business is thriving while premiums are seemingly declining.

PSA/DNA orders are always agonizingly slow. It says an estimated completion date of December 13, but at this rate, I doubt it.
