most people are hypocrites. I've seen it many MANY times, call somebody out but forget you do the same thing in a different light.

Hot damn, this thread went sideways real quick.

I read first few posts and was interested but then I see how a line was drawn between Flippers and Collectors and Hybrids (collectors & flippers)

I will add my 2 cents (just as everyone has)

If he wants to buy at Target and re-sell online - that is fine.
If he wants to return to Target because he did not get his desired sale online - that is fine too.
I see it as insurance. Target is insurance. He can take a risk to sell online knowing Target is still an option to get his $$ back should he want to return it.

Now will target take it back is the question. I saw someone posted that Target does not take back cards. If so, he is out of luck but the fact that he is simply using Target as insurance is not a bad thing. He can't be flamed for something that he did not create. If target accepts return on cards then he is more than welcome to return whatever he buys from them. What he does with it while in his possession is his business (try to flip on ebay).

On flip side, I can see why the pure hobby folks are mad. That sort of stuff erks them to the core. I am more a flipper than a collector so I kinda see where they are coming from as well. Nothing they can really do but vent on this thread and anywhere else they see fit.

At end of day..... to each his\her own. Posting here is only making those who want to follow his foot steps do so but not make a thread about it. Not really scaring or stopping anyone from doing it.

I don't have as big a problem with this as its not a new release so everyone has had their shot at it at retail. I am a lil more bugged by the resellers that bought up all the Platinum as soon as released before collectors even had a chance at it, but also think Topps created that problem with Wal-Mart only release.
