Nah man, I never said he didn't have superstar potential. If he can stay healthy and develop some defensive skills he'll stay in the Nuggets rotation, and the more that happens, the better he gets. He has all the potential in the world, but so do tons of young NBA players so that's not really saying much nowadays. Only time will tell if he develops into a superstar but i'm not going to speculate on that just yet..lol What I am going to say that his play over the last few games has been superb and I hope he keeps it up! We can certainly could use his scoring abilit on our bench unit.

Hype prices? Last year and over the summer NT RPA's reached 2k before he even stepped onto the court to play in a real NBA game. I just looked at sold prices on eBay they are selling for 2.5-3K now.. I'd say those are hype prices, but maybe prices for everything nowadays is so inflated it's considered a good deal? Lol, who knows anymore.

I'm 100% guaranteeing it right here, right now, that he doesn't have superstar potential. I've watched him. People can shoot their shorts all they want, he will never be a superstar. He's a product of people wanting to get rich off cards because they've seen people get rich off Lebron and they want to now.

MPJ will never ever in a million years be a superstar. Superstars do it naturally and they are better than 99% of other players at (at least) one thing. MPJ is a gifted shooter. Is he top 10 in the NBA? Obviously not. Does he have elite athleticism. I would put him in the lower 50% of the NBA for his position.

This guy is polarizing. You either think he is a future superstar or future scrub. There are other outcomes than that.

If you don't have faith in this guy, good time to sell (or sell in the coming weeks/months if you think he can stay healthy and get minutes). Keep in mind he shot 90%+ from the field in this game to get his 25 points. He will need more minutes to consistently produce.

If you are buying/holding, I see this guy as a lottery ticket type but pricier than most lotto tickets. For how little organized basketball he has played above the high school level, he is expensive and risky. The talent has never been the question - his health has always been the issue and is why he fell so far in the draft. Agree he doesn't seem to have NBA elite athleticism. Needs to get stronger.

The hype was there that night, so many of my BINS got hit. The hype might not be there at current prices, as they've gone up quite a bit. We'll see what happens, I personally think he'll dominate the rookie vs Sophmore game or whatever they call it now.

I watched him today and his body and movement looks good to me.

I know he made a lot of simple mistakes (rookie errors) but he needs time to learn and develop. Maybe that won't be on Denver as they have enough talent and no opportunities to feed a young rook. They should cash in and make it a win win for both teams and player.

I wouldn't be suprised if he figures it out in a couple years and takes over the league in scoring.

Hard to get in the flow when you play such limited minutes. Denver is too deep for their own good. They need to consolidate some talent.

It seems Denver have 3 or 4 players that are capable of going off on any night, which has an effect on MPJ. Still he is showing good signs.
