Tell you what I'd do with pick #1 -- I'd reach out to pick #2 and offer to split the Jasson auto and non-auto spots. Spread out the risk and ensure at minimum you're getting 2.5 cases worth of RCs.

That’s a great idea but if it were mine I would have to make sure I get first overall choice of all the Jassons. Much rather have a red refractor than just a refractor auto

I know dave said he wanted to switch to player auction format earlier in this thread. But if more cases are still able to be locked in for this price, I’m sure a 4th would sell fast

Ah, yea - everyone would prefer to break this at $700 less per case than the going rate.

But, I believe Dave gets these at/near whatever the current going rate is. It's also why case prices aren't locked until we get it filled (and then locked at that current retail rate). So if we filled this IMMEDIATELY it would be 25% or so above the original prices. More like $86/84 per spot. It still may fill given the collecting excitement teeming through this recession, but that's a steep price for the 150th spot in the draft for 5 cases... let alone something at the end.

Even if he could get them for the original cost, I wouldn't expect him to break it at 25% off of current retail price (and it is MOVING at current retail price - that price is going nowhere but up especially with the 10% cuts).

Just like I wouldn't expect you to sell me a really popular card for 25% lower than what every other version of the same card was selling at either. Just doesn't make any sense.

I mean - he likes us and he likes opening up cards, but...

I am waiting to see a checklist and see about some PYP and PYT breaks first.

If those are unable to go I will definitely see what I can do about setting up another draft break like this.

Regardless there will definitely be more bowman breaks of some type!

These first 3 breaks seem like a steal now.

The thought of keeping these draft breaks filling have crossed my mind.

The issue to me isin't the pricing...its the actual draft.

I have run 2 drafts at the same time before and it was enough to make me want to scream multiple times.

The thought of currently having to coordinate at the same time, 3 drafts, right now, makes me want to go jump off my roof haha.
