now you're going to see a runoff on Purdy cards. investors are going to now be fully convinced that Purdy is nothing but a flash in the pan.

last two games, he's been horribly average. 2 TD passes, 3 INTs, 17 points a game when they were averaging 30 a game, and two straight losses to teams that were missing star players.

For the record:

1. I like Brock Purdy. I like his story and the potential. I have a tiny collection of cards I'm happy with.
2. I have a soft spot for the 49ers as I grew up a Niners fan thanks to Tecmo Super Bowl and watching Joe Montana throw TDs on TV (I later switched back to my hometown Bears after Young/Rice left as the last of the TSB 49ers).
3. I do not like obnoxious trolls so him having to close his 4 tabs of pre-writen ego aggrandizement is a win for thread reading.
4. It's a long season, every QB has bad games and lose. It's the great ones that learn from the failure and get better.
