I'm an old guy and have complained about both sides of the fence over the years. But seems like now there is a lowering of the standard where we're not supposed to mention it.

Bit surprised it got THAT high, but not surprised it was super high overall, media wants you to forget or not believe it but Americans are still VERY patriotic. It’s like the election if you live in reality and spoke to real people was easy to see coming, problem is a lot think the internet speaks or is the majority.

Those opal chrome parallels should be beauties though and pretty sought after if it’s only the second card period to have them, even if less rare could see them surpassing some other parallels/variations in value.

So your comfortable if misuse of funds, by any government leader, as long as they can fractionalize it (breakers!) among the tax payer base enough?

Seems like a very interesting theory. I personally don't send a dollar in taxes to fund personal bucket list trips, or going to watch a girlfriend at a wrestling match or visits parents to name a few random reasons.

I may not agree with some government policies that the money is used for, but that is at least the intention of the taxes to begin with.

Just like the governor of MI who was at the games to support Michigan affiliated athletes and to promote MI was a good use of taxpayer dollars.

Whether that's your standard for locker room talk or not, the point is the leader of the US should be trying to unite, not divide.

Overall it was great that the Prez called the team and congratulated them. It's also cool that he's awarding the Medal of Freedom to Hellebuyck and also gave him that Secretary of Defense plaque.

But what the Butcher was saying was that Mr. Patel previously complained (many times) that former FBI Directors should not use government jets for any kind of personal use. So it's an incredibly bad look when it appears Ka$h has used the FBI jet numerous times for what appears to be personal outings.

personally I don't feel like going over to help support and celebrate United States athletes a misuse of funds at all. And yes for something like this, it would cost each taxpayer probably something like one thousandth of a penny out of their pocket and hope no one is hurting that much financially to where it is something to be concerned about
