Is the Estimated Completion Date based off business days from the day the order arrived per PSA, or after it gets through order prepped? I have an order they sat on for three weeks before marking it “prepped” and I’m guessing the latter, but wanted confirmation.

My order just got through order prep and got an estimated completion date. Pretty sure it’s the latter.

Got an unexpected upcharge email yesterday so I was able to see all of my grades, despite the order not moving past assembly yet. Overall, grades varied a decent amount from what I was expecting, some 1-2 grades higher and some 1-2 grades lower. Not really surprised as I have a harder time nailing down Vintage grades vs Modern. Overall, pleased with the results though as the card I was up-charged on was one of the better ones in the order and the overall value of the order is about 10% higher than what I had expected.

Curious to see how quickly we can progress through these last few steps now.

This is my slowest order in the last 2 years, hoping for some movement soon.

Dropped off 2 submissions at their Walk-In Wednesday event today at the Santa Ana headquarters. They really should do more of these, it's so convenient.

The employee looked over my paperwork, verified the cards, and then handed the cards and paperwork to another employee right behind her who put them in their own box and on a specific shelf based on service level.

For each submission she wrote on one of the submission papers and gave them back to me which I guess is the proof that the cards were dropped off and received. The event takes place in the lobby of hq so if there ever is an issue they could always check their security footage.

I hope in the future they could actually scan the paperwork and mark the order as received.

I also hope that in the future they would allow us to pick up our dropped off orders.

Yes. Had 3 orders sit in arrived for nearly a month. PSA is just really slow right now.

Yeah, I'd say it is. I am sure if you reach out, Customer Service will say they are still within their time frame to finish the order. That's the response I always get when an order is stuck in a certain stage for 2+ months. Sure doesn't hurt to try to reach out though.

Yeah I think I'm going to do that. It's a bummer because I submitted this specifically because so many people were raving about how PSAs turn around times were completing so quickly. I got it in well before any holiday specials or anything like that as well so even though they say it's still within there estimated time it's a bit of a bummer that I've seen people with bulk orders from the same level, that got there after mine, already further along with some of them already completed.

Reached out to check on order Monday they said my September MLB special is on day 35 (entered Oct 9th) and that it is usually going to day 50. Grades popped today. Did get a note there is an issue, it looks like they messed up the description on my Heritage French text..

How did you reach out? I hit the contact button in the PSA app and it looks like the only things it's giving an option to auto-populate are things about label corrections and research and stuff like that. Do you have an email address you reached out to?
