Remember that when prices spike, stuff that isn't usually available appears. It's not a bad thing, especially long term. If you can afford it and it's super HTF, go for it.

PSA 10 doesn't exist. PSA 9 is the highest grade. Clear 700 doesn't sell as well as chrome (equivalent serial #) for some reason. Maybe it's a purist thing since it's a plastic card.
