Of everything they announced today (and it was a lot), the only one that really gives me pause is the trades. There's going to need to be a way to turn that off, or auto-decline them, or I can see what's going to happen - instead of offering 80% of the sales price for a card, people are going to offer you forty 50-cent cards in trade.

Try attaching the scan here - so all i see is the right edge or the very odd looking "stains" on the top and bottom. What's funny is neither of those appear on the original scan. Maybe PSA or COMC handlers did this?

The majority of these items they talked about aren't new. I've heard about the new website, trading, more processing/improvements, automation, better filtering, app updates and such.

oh and 2 days late on that blog post.

or what they do on epack have a 50 insert/ rc card trade on each side but try to slip in a high value card in the middle for them to receive in hopes you arent paying attention

All of the stuff they talked about has been promised for 5-10 years. I was one of their biggest sellers. Sorry for being negative. I wish they would have grown more and shown leadership.

My problem is I have no interest in trading. I sent cards to COMC for the express purpose of getting rid of them. The last thing I want to do is turn them into other cards.

Sent 5 cards in the first week of submissions for the 12 week. Took 12 and a half weeks. Got all 5 back today. All 5 purchased on comc and sent straight in.
2 came back 10. Both Holliday Refractors
2 came back 9
And 1 as a 6. Must of been damage I couldn't see on picture which was an elite picture.

At the Zoom meeting, they said they were planning on implementing a trade feature in 2024-2025.

Trading on COMC sounds dreadful having experienced the absurd trades from ePack. Hopefully that's something you can opt out of/disable on your inventory.

That's one thing I thought of before. Since COMC already has the cards/scans of items originally from ePack, there has to be a way to tag a card as redeemed/unredeemed from ePack. I feel like that would help both platforms a lot. I'd imagine for simplicity, no cards physically sent to COMC would apply, only cards that originated from ePack.

Anyone have to do a return or contact support recently? I returned a card over a month ago now and haven't seen any credit come back yet. I emailed them Monday and they haven't responded..I don't know if they have live chat or not right now as I have also been too busy to check, but will try to check again tomorrow. A bit frustrating as I have money basically locked up with no card to show for it..I was hoping to buy a replacement by now.

Hopefully, it would be something automatic, like mark the cards to want to trade and mark the cards you want, and not have to worry about approving the trade or selecting cards and waiting for approval.

I don't care for the epack trading system. It just seems take too much time and effort.

I believe they just reverse the original transaction, instead of issueing a new credit. So you won't see the credit in recent credit history.

Customer support will probably just tell you that you got the refund, without any supporting info.

They probably didn't get to it then. I was told to include a receipt of my shipping label because they said they would issue a credit for that on top of the card amount. I paid for the card using store credit, but that amount hasn't changed in weeks.

I'm not sure if it applies to your PSA 6, but at the Zoom meeting they said that they were having grading issues with chrome-type cards.

I sold my Deshaun Watson auto through a COMC eBay auction a few weeks ago and the buyer never paid.

Does that card go back to my inventory after a certain time period or do they put it back into auction automatically again?

Now that’s he hurt, I’m hoping they don’t start a new auction.

Did you check your auctions section to see if the relisted it? Sometimes they relist them soon, sometimes after awhile, sometimes not at all and they just sit. Usually best to contact them to have them update it. It won't go back to your inventory automatically.

It should start automatically again. Sometimes unpaid auctions fall into purgatory, where they sit there unpaid but no one marks them to be re-auctioned. If you send them an email, or submit a correction request for the card and point out that it's been however many weeks since the auction ended, then that will goose them.

I'm not sure how you pull a card back from being auctioned once it's in the queue. I guess email customer service and see what they can do about it.

I would definitely email them. The problem is that they seem to have switched from normal 7 day auctions to "live" 30 second auctions. In the recent conference call, they were really geeked about this live auction stuff. If you try to send a COMC card to eBay auction, the only option right now is live auction.

2 about the Pre-Grade Review
2 about the NBA Tip Off Auctions
2 about the NBA Tip Off Event

I have no idea why I'm getting more the one of them. I have no interest in any of them.
