So is there any word on when the FOTL boxes will be released by Panini? I’m looking forward to the fun of trying to get one of those this year haha.

It looks like Panini is releasing 'Passing the Torch,' which are football boxes at 11am EST tomorrow. Doubt they will do a FOTL release at the same time/day.

As a reference, FOTL was released on Friday November 9th last year. It was only announced a day earlier (Thursday November 8th).

I believe the hobby release last year was pushed to December 1. This year is December 4th.

I'd think any day next week except Thanksgiving and if they want to make it really interesting, they would release it on Black Friday.

Thanks! I had seen the December 4th release date but wasn’t sure if I had missed any updates on it being pushed back.

$30 isn’t MSRP on the blasters though. I don’t know what BO last had cello boxes listed at, but it would be the equivalent of $180 based on MSRP alone.

I bought my cellos thru blowout pre-order at 175/each, but used a blowout coupon so they were slightly less

Haha, if you were awake and diligently checking for Prizm at 3:00 this morning then you deserve the haul. I would've loved to grab some more of the retail "hobby" boxes, but might be a blessing in disguise that I didn't drop any more $$ on Prizm than I already have.

I saw the blasters were still available when I woke up for work this morning, but $30 doesn't seem like a great deal. Retail boxes @ $72 is fantastic though.

There was a brief period back in October when Blowout was selling boxes/cases of cellos at ~$140 box.

I just can't bring myself to pay $30 for a blaster with 24 cards. I don't even like paying $20 for them. I've had some of the worst luck with Prizm blasters & usually end up with a bunch of junk. I don't think I've ever had a good pull from a Prizm blaster in football or basketball. I grabbed a few of the Fanatics blasters when they were available since it was 48 cards, so hopefully those ship. If I ever manage to catch the packs or retail boxes I'll grab a few, but if $30 is the new going rate for blasters that's just a little too much for me.

Going to say again for the next time Target has stuff in stock (especially Mega's for this coupon). You don't have to enter the code again once you do it the first time. Will save you $12.50 on 1 Mega at least or $5 off a Blaster.
