Homes are already beginning to come back down in price here in Southern MD. The interest rate is disheartening though.

Let's face it, my wife will never get moving on getting rid of all the excess stuff in the house to move anyway.

My stuff is well organized and can be boxed up easily.

She has crap in the basement still that has been flooded over ten times or more and her and our Son's clothes that no longer fit. My Son also has tons of toys he no longer plays with.

Values here are still bonkers. Out home value has gone up ~50-55% since we purchased in March 2019.

I consider myself to be politically incorrect. Things like Snow White, Blazing Saddles, Aunt Jemima, etc should be seen as signs of the way things were. I am officially on vacation until a week from Monday. I am leaving tomorrow pre-dawn for Raleigh for my semi-annual 3-day show up there. After the show Sunday, I am going to visit my former work wife in Asheville until Friday morning. I am doing a show in Spring Hill (north of Tampa) next weekend.

Cue up the low-hanging fruit.

it has been colorized, cleaned up, green leafy trees added to the background, and all the debris removed.....you should see the original version.

heard it took an entire team of photo shop experts about 3 1/2 months to touch it up to that point.
