Thanks and hey to you also. Actually had a good weekend and bought 2 topps chrome monster boxes 2023 and did pretty good. My wife’s medication is only available in Raleigh and that is close to my 2 favorite Walmarts although an hour away. Also found out Raleigh is a dry county as when we stopped for gas I was going to get a beer, the store owner saw me looking and asked if I were looking for anything in particular. I said where are the beers that’s when he said it was a dry county. So I bought a bag of ice for my wife’s medicine and put off having any beer till we got home. Stopped at a place called foundation burgers it was pretty good and decently priced also no beers. I guess something was telling me not to drink on Saturday.

Nah even Glen isn’t as grumpy as I have been feeling lately. I don’t know what is causing it. Usually I can pinpoint things that make me feel this way but lately everything points to I should be happier. If I changed medication or was fighting with my wife or son I could explain it. Thank you my son told me I am probably bipolar and need to see a shrink that’s always fun to hear from your 25 year old son. Spending money on a psychiatrist would send me into a deeper depression than I am in right now. These spells usually last a couple of weeks and when I am in one it is best I don’t interact with people that much as I tend to snap for no reason.

I thought only women were bi-polar? Maybe it's just my experience with my stepdaughters.

Men are definitely diagnoses with bipolar disorder as well. I see more men have it with psychotic features..

Anything traumatic happen this time of year. In my mid to late teens I used to get inti a funk in April and I never knew why.

It was when my Uncle Fran (My great uncle, my mom's uncle) had passed away. He was my father figure and my male role model. He passed when I was 9 or 10.
I wouldn't go to the grave when the funeral happened. Just couldn't do it.

Fast forward 35 years or so I went to the cemetery and drove around and somehow saw the family grave from road. It was amazing that I found it. I had a good cry and then went on my way

Nothing traumatic but August 13th is the birthday of an ex girlfriend that I went out with for 7 years on and off before I met my current wife so that wouldn’t do it. No body I was close to passed on this time of year so I really don’t know maybe applying for social security has me feeling old.

Today is the last day of the current contract. My badge didn't work at the gate. Thankfully, I'm driving with my wife and hers worked. My badge wouldn't work at the turnstiles, so I had to surrender my license to get a temporary badge which doesn't even get me into the room I work in.

SSO opens at 8AM. Seems like they could have had them expire tonight at 11:59PM instead of last night.
