Hope everybody has good sales today. Personally, today will be my steepest sale discount of the year. I upped it another 5% to 35%. With any luck, I'll be hitting my sales goal this evening and then have some money left for PC pickups.

Same with others I've seen.
I click on the card and it might be the same price, might be higher and every so often one is cheaper. It''s like a sad, frustrating game.

There seems to be a few less sales this morning but steeper discounts on the ones out there. My sales are coming in decent this morning. They typically do the one time a year I go 70% off. Still need to knock out a few more $25+ cards from my watch list plus I keep finding other stuff. The shipping list is up to 218 cards which is my biggest ever and there's still plenty of time in the day.

What a complete joke of a site. Unfortunately I have too much inventory to give up right now but started adjusting to get off there. I haven’t had the time to really manage this account to keep pricing in line but will start making time. My plan was to use this sale and adjusting discounts up to thin it out.

Most of my port hasn’t shown on sale until you click on an item itself since I adjusted on Friday.

I noticed a lot of prices are not updating, at least not rapidly. Pain for sellers and buyers.

Doing the same. It's definitely more of a scramble today as stuff is moving faster than at any time in the past week. This is based on my sales and seeing more stuff on my watch list getting snagged by others.

I've never had an issue in the past with updating a sale % during this promo. It looks like my cyber monday sale hasn't kicked in to all my cards. Super frustrating.

One seller has a lot of Nebraska Cornhuskers I need but overpriced. He added a lot of high-priced cards about 2 years ago. I added them to my watch list to see if they would sell at those prices. Over the years a few sold. He was one of the sellers that only put 2% maybe 4% off during sales and would even reject offers of 90% of asking price. For some reason today he has put them on sale for over 50% off which brings them down to a very close to a fair price. and a lot of them have been pick up at those prices. Too bad I have already picked up the cards that I offered 90% of his asking price at a lot lower price.

None of my cards sold and not sure what I will do. Let them set or drop price for the flipper.

I checked and I have purchased about 40% fewer cards this year than other years. Harder and harder to find cards I want at a deal that I think is fair. Yes I'm even paying more than I did last year.

No I'm not a big spender and do not have a lot of money for cards but love collecting my Cornhuskers.
This year I had several hundred dollars extra to spend on Black Friday sales, but only add some of it to my account as there are more places to buy cards from then COMC. As of now it appears I will not even spend all of the money in my store credit before the sales end. Only finding a few fair deals but it may be due to what I'm buying.

I do a lot of trading on other sites, and it is also getting harder to find cards I need.

I've used this sale to clean up some junk. I've had cards that have been submitted since 2017 just clogging things up...Ran 40% off for BF, and 55% for CM.

Today I spent about 2 hours going through my entire inventory in order of longest added and slashing prices to ridiculously low lows...had a few flippers following through my price changes and gobbling up cards for $.05, and I sent probably a hundred + to charity.

I might put my entire port up FS...currently I have 3200 cards FS w/ an asking price of $8k+...most of my inventory, I am the lowest price...is it worth listing the port, or am I going to get low, low low low balled?

As other long-timers with big ports have mentioned, it is likely better to start off at say 40% for maybe 10 days, 50 % off for 10 days, and so on until you get up to 70% off.

You will likely do a lot better financially than getting rid of your whole port in one shot at likely 30% of your total asking price.

Suppose it depends on your time frame of when/if you want your whole portfolio moved. But the, "going up the sales ladder" strategy is your best bet.

Hello everyone!

Recently got back into cards/comc after a while away (life, you all know).

This morning woke up to one card needing attention. Do have a couple submissions active so didn’t think much of it. The card needing attention was a 2022 Gypsy Queen card, which I know isn’t mine as I know for a fact I haven’t opened any of that stuff. PSA for all with submissions to triple check sometimes that you are both getting your stuff (so others don’t inadvertently end up with it) and ensure that accuracy is there. Better process than marking “not for sale” and filling out the wrong item form? I can’t remember what I used to do years ago!

I know there is a human element to everything but kinda shocked this happened. First 2 submissions in 3 years so didn’t take long to find this mistake, again. Figured it would have been cleaned up over the years!

Finally got my “first day PSA order” card back. Guess it was worth the wait. Got a PSA 10 on an Acuna 1st chrome. Might get it shipped to me as a trophy of patience. Or I might lost it and triple my money. Not sure yet.
