First off. I'm not even willing to agree he is fat. Over weight maybe for his age and height but he is still getting a lot of physical activity. It's not like he's sitting on his ass and doing nothing. For all we know he could have some sort of condition that makes it difficult for him to lose weight. I agree as a country we are over weight but that starts with parents and getting their kids a proper diet and learn eating conditions. Sitting on your ass and texting for hours while eating a bag of chips isn't a good example.

Pull up a height/weight ratio chart and plug his numbers in. He is fat. I hope the kid succeeds, but defending his fatness does not change his size. He doesn’t have a medical condition either. It’s already been stated that he just loves his grandmas cooking. He probably got into bad eating habits young and never changed. And I don’t know of anyone who said sitting, eating, and texting was healthy either.

Vlad is definitely carrying some extra weight, but those charts are useless for an athlete carrying any kind of muscle.
