They can easily solve the problem with multiple and bot accounts. Just allow accounts with verified KYC buy packs. Any multi accounts with same KYC should be banned.

But they won't. Its part of their strategy to allow bots and multi KYC accounts as an out to game the system full of $$$

Look at the names of the users buying packs. It's such a large percentage that are default names which are most likely bot accounts.

Just had to file a credit card dispute... since i cant withdraw funds i loaded to buy packs.. and since packs are never available to buy..
