What should I do here?

The photos on the original ebay listing and the preview photos on PSA's website look the same. Its the same dang card. PSA must have missed something during the original raw authentication (over $250) process?
Disaster in the making. I also sent in a Mahomes Knight’s Templar parallel but they labeled it as a Shining Armor (they never upcharged me) so that’s wrong or I’m wrong and I had a Shining Armor this whole time? This all happened today, they haven’t contacted me yet about the other card. I feel like sending in a generic support ticket will put me in a line. They also pushed the completion 2 or 3 weeks.

It might get you into Order Prep and R&ID faster...but I think that's the extent of it. Current example (I shipped these orders together):

In the PSA Turnaround Time Update (April 2025), PSA states "it’s currently taking 3–4 weeks for Bulk-tier packages to complete the receiving process (unboxing and system entry) once your order has arrived at PSA," then states "from arrival to completion, Bulk-tier submissions are taking approximately 4 months."...so I guess maybe shipping these order together could have saved me 3-4 weeks on the front end...but there are plenty of TCG Bulk orders that arrived after mine and nonetheless blown right by.

Broke down and sent a 10 card sub at the $24.99 level hoping to have them back in time for the playoffs. Any sooner will be a bonus. A mix of Ohtani, Judge, Witt Jr and Acuna Jr Rc's

First bulk sub just went into Grading. I had to report an error, as they listed the 2014 Prizm Pink BCA I subbed as the 2014 Green Yellow Neon, which was the next card in the list, so they entered it in wrong. Hopefully me reporting an error doesn't push the grading back.

I already got a response. I still dont understand, they have yet to actually tell me whats wrong with the card.

"To answer your second question, the reason why the no grade wasnt found during the authentication process is because during the authentication and verification process, we authenticated and verified the card. There is no grading involved, and the team, when it authenticates, will only verify and authenticate the card; that is why it's called eBay Authentication Guarantee.

The reason why it received an N6 is that, as stated, the card went through authentication and not grading at the same time. So when you submitted the card for grading, your card was looked at thoroughly because of the PSA grading standard, where we look at the corners, surface, and centering, and that's why the card was deemed N6.

Authentication and grading are completely different.

Thank you for choosing PSA and we again appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you.

If you have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out."

And when it comes to the label correction, they told me to fill out that standard forum which makes it think that I have the slab and am going to ship it. THEY have the slab, the order is still "live".

No help at all.

edit: and another question, is this eligible for a return ebay? The seller sold me a card that can pass authentication but cant pass grading? (I'm not actually blaming the seller here btw, the card looked/felt/seemed normal from my end)

That's a good question. I was under the impression that when they authenticate, they check to make sure it's in the condition that the card was listed as, and if they said NM or whatever, and it was altered, then it shouldn't have passed the authentication, whether it was sent for grading or not. What's the purpose of authentication if they're not going to authenticate that it's in the condition that the seller says it was? I mean, that's the whole purpose of authentication is that the card is what the seller said it is. This was created so that people knew that the higher cost card they were buying was a scam or not, right?

Anyone else have a Value Max order stuck with Assembly Green Checkmark for close to a week? My Value Plus orders finish before it and was sent in the same box? I was thinking maybe an up charge email possible but never got an upcharge email before so not to sure. Any opinions?

PROPS to PSA for extremely fast response time. Really fast.

Here is my latest update on this Mahomes card.

N6 Minimum Size Requirement refers to a card that is significantly smaller than the factory specifications. Sizing specifications and standards come directly from the manufacturer. However, what is acceptable for grading is determined by PSA based on our grading standards. For the item to receive a numerical grade, it needs to be within 1/32 of an inch according to factory specifications.

Don't worry—you won't be charged a grading fee in this case because this issue arises from a manufacturing defect. It has nothing to do with how the card was handled or stored.

Cards that receive N6 can’t receive a numerical grade, but they can still be slabbed as "Authentic," as long as you request it on your submission form. If that sounds good to you, feel free to resubmit your card and add the following note in the comments/requests section of the submission form: "If no numerical grade is possible, please holder as authentic."

That does answer a lot, so its "real". The original ebay seller sold me a real unaltered card, it just happened to be bad from the factory? Okay. And its still real enough to be slabbed as authentic okay.

I'm just gonna request them to send me the raw card back. I guess its cool that the card has a backstory now. Its about to become home-office decor.

N6 min size items are returned raw in a card saver, no need to request it.
Maybe measure the card when it gets back? You can always resub the card to PSA (or any other company).

When you order arrives, look over everything and then submit a label correction via CRC (customer request center). Follow the instructions and any request will be answered by PSA with how to proceed.

Yeah I've been working through it. The final email was them explaining they are sending it back.

When it comes to the label correction, I filled one out even though the order does not have a green check complete. It will never "arrive" because its a grade to vault situation. I used the grade reveal photos. I was hoping they can catch this before the order is officially complete to make it all go faster. We will see.

Label correction process for vaulted items is new for everyone. I hope and somewhat expect they will take care of it in a timely manner. gl

Submit it again. And again. Until it gets a number grade.

Here is one of my examples. I've re-submitted N6 before and usually get a number grade the next attempt. This card I bought as someone elses failed attempt...
