Apparently Yordan was supposed to get the start in LF today, but got the day off instead. Leg soreness... Not knee related. We may see him in LF at some point soon it sounds like.

Got a few Yordan’s back from PSA the other day to add to my Definitives. And they didn’t upcharge the Xfractor or Museum, which was nice, sucking 44% gem rate, sent in 5x the 1987 TBT and got 1x 10 and 4x 9’s, also whiffed on both Baller Chrome with 9’s.

I didn't even notice.

This one won't gem either, but I don't care.

I honestly stayed away from the 3d set in general, but since I PC Yordan I can't be missing that one from my collection. Hell, I'd even buy a Denny's hologram Yordan if they came back out with those, at this point.

I think this is probably the place to leave this (if I didn't post in this thread already). Thoughts on these inserts in Gold Label - too much of a gimmick?

Regardless, I'm glad to see the numbers of the initial call-up phase weren't a fluke...

I considered going for one of these at one point. Cool gimmick. I'll probably end up with one eventually, as a collector. Not sure if the future value will be there as an investment.

This isn’t exactly a monster, in terms of dollars. But the Gypsy Queen Chromes are among my favorite cards of the past couple years.

Maybe it’s not a real hot streak, like 4-5 HR in 10 days or so, not sure myself. He’s so consistent at 1-4 or 2-4 though. For a guy his size to be at .343 this late is really incredible. Maybe he’ll get liaise here and go on a 2019 streak like he did. If that happens... liftoff.

Yes, yes, and yes. Throw in the injury aspect as well. He also doesn’t have the same flash and flair as some of the other big names in the hobby.

Even if it doesn’t happen for a few years the numbers will speak for themselves at some point, right?
