Official announcement from the discord by Panini Austin:

Hey @everyone,

I wanted to share some updates on a few upcoming features, fixes, etc on the platform – it’s important to reiterate that our platform is constantly evolving and adapting, we are excited for some of the things we have in the pipeline and look forward to sharing more when we can. Some key updates:

Cryptoslam – As you’ve seen we launched a marketing campaign with them this week, and we are actively engaging with the CryptoSlam to get our data listed on the platform. More to come as we work together with them in the next few weeks.

2FA – A big concern many here have raised. This is in development, and should be ready to deploy shortly

Marketplace functionality – Updates including search, filtering, and sorting options. Some of these, for example “player search” have already been released, and more are on their way including “clubbing” cards – we will continue to evaluate and incorporate additional functionality.

Security around fraud and chargebacks – A huge issue we are actively working on with third party providers. There are pros and cons to each third party provider and not one that is all encompassing.

Future Challenges – We are going to soon announce more challenge variety.

A few more features we are working on that are not yet imminent, but in the works
- Selling packs – Announced a few weeks ago but needed to get shifted for other priority infrastructure issues and fixes
- Que system for drops
- Crypto – We continue to explore accepting crypto currencies as another form of payment

After weeks of virtual financial despair, someone hit the $499 BIN on my Moreno 1/49 tie dye last night.

Twerky NFTJesus Peps was looking out for me.

God bless his/her soul.

Literally the only life raft I had left in that absolute Titanic of a purchase decision. Still have all the rest left, which probably won't net me more than $6 each at this point. Appears Panini ditched these UFC's completely after moving onto beisbol and soon football.

$500 for this guy but couldn't get more than a $500 offer for a Curry /10 gold prizm until yesterday.

Can't wait until they release Nascar NFT's, Panini needs to run this into the ground!

Top Shot with WNBA is more popular at this point.

Has anyone got an offer in weeks? While the rest of the NFT world is 100x-ing, this went to the gutter. Literal cartoon pictures are worth $10k+.

I concur. Was never a good idea frankly. Only value is quick flipping certain packs. Fee structure really makes most base useless too.

The NFT game is cray, nonsensical and highly unpredictable.

Disagree with that statement, there were some huge NFL sales for Pre-Prizm cards over the weekend, generally everyone is waiting for NFL.

NBA is in off-season lull and MLBPA never really took off as expected.

Non-Crypto payment and Private Blockchain is what holding this platform back right now too, if those get settled these first gen licensed NFTs will be worth a lot more …

PayPal was the kiss of death for this.

Needs real crypto payments to have any chance.

The Hyperledger Sawtooth blockchain they have can easily be configured public.

Crypto should be easy too, but probably not with PayPal.

They stated they’re looking into both.

Do I want to bet on Hyperledger Sawtooth?

Much rather own MLB Champions on Ethereum. We know that's not going anywhere.
