And, as usual when my Son gets sick, I get sick. I could feel it building slowly today and now it's full blown with the sore throat and body aches.

That sucks I am surprised I didn’t catch whatever my wife has as I visited her Sunday and the next day she was diagnosed with the word I refuse to type out.

People just love putting more stuff on me. One of our "partners" for basketball, and I use that term very lightly, text earlier that neither her assistant or her can cover the gym that's their responsibility for 3 nights out of the week. That's all I ask them to do, cover 1 gym 3 nights every week. No games, no weekends, only Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. So now I have to figure out how to cover that gym on top of what I already have to cover. Somebody has to sit there from 5:15-8:45 since it's at a church.

I'm over basketball. Part of me wants to cancel all those practices and tell the coaches to call her to complain. But that's not right for the kids, so I'll do like always and run myself ragged tomorrow night.

When you let others run over you then they will continue their habits. You are more and more like Tritty when you post.

Eventually running yourself ragged wears thin.when I worked at the Nissan plant regulating the paint booths there was always this employee who would come in a half hour late and I would get stuck doing his first walk through because if chemicals weren’t added certain tanks would overflow. Finally had enough one night and just left.

At the end of the day, I can't do the kids wrong. They deserve to have practice. It's not their fault that crappy people refuse to do their jobs. Like now, everybody else is home, I'm here working on schedules to avoid baseball stuff in February.

That's about where I'm at. The kids are the only reason I can't just up and leave. If the week I took off is any indication, nothing would get done and the season would fall apart.

Yep I understand, and the reason I would never leave is when the chemicals weren’t added and the tanks would overflow it was a massive cleanup. I chose to leave on a night where I knew even if the tanks had an overflow it wouldn’t be bad but it would get my message across. The kicker was the boss would ask why I always had an hour overtime, the morning after the overflow I told him there’s your reason.

Finished the repairs on my daughter's car yesterday.
Total cost was $824.22.
I bought a reproduction hood, front bumper cover, radiator, and the entire front core support.
Was able to make both fenders work by unbowing the bows that were put in them by the impact.
Easiest way to do that was to remove them and work them over off the car.
I found a guy in town that matched the paint for the new hood and bumper cover.
Was very fortunate that the AC condenser only bowed in but didn't get compromised. Was able to straighten it without losing freon.

Now that cornhole is done with his project, that probably means he’ll be posting more again.

Nice work Corny!

And yes…you could retire in no time if you move up to FT land.
