We had our department Christmas lunch today. We ate at 11:30, so I couldn't have anything. Add in the fact that fried chicken and roast beef were the meats means I made a to go plate of mashed potatoes and rice.

I did drink plenty of tea during the lunch.

My diet is because at the end of 2021 I stepped on a scale for the 1st time in years and was 330 lbs. I hit it hard in 2022, got down to 200 lbs even, 2023 I've been adding some muscle to the 215-220 range, and would like to maintain it. I cut so much stuff out. I hadn't had a burger from December 2021 until my vacation 2 weeks ago.

Trying to. I'm still learning how to be the new me. I was always the funny fat guy, so I'm working on being the funny not as fat guy.

It was really weird when I found my middle school football championship jacket and it fits me now as a 38 year old. I'm the same size weight wise now that I was as a 7th grader.
