for me, $7 added per $100.

thanks in advance.
Not directly, assuming you have no plans to move to Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon.

But if you send them some cards to sell (which admittedly requires loading some money upfront to process them) then you can use the proceeds from sales to buy cards. Sending COMC some stuff to sell, even if its not your main channel for sales, can be very efficient this way as using the proceeds of sales to buy cards means you don't pay the 10% cashout fee.

I'm down 18% from March and 12% from last April, FWIW.

Can't complain too much as my sales in Q1 were very strong, but it does feel (unsurprisingly) as if the shipping slowdown has fed through to slower sales. While the shipping is getting a bit better, my experience from the 2021 slowdown is that the impact on sales will probably linger at least some extent until several months after the backlog clears.

Possible options:
1) Move to a state that doesn't have sales tax.
2) Change your mailing address to a state that doesn't have sales tax?
3) Mail them a card worth $100 to process as a mailbox submission and then sell it, getting $100 in your account.

It will take a few weeks, and could possibly end horribly, but you can send a high dollar card (preferably graded rookie of a popular player) direct to auction and when it sells they will deposit the money in your account (less auction fees).

You are lucky mine is 8.5%.
A guy I know and deal with has a business and he tried to give them his state tax number so he would not have to pay sale tax for inventory, and they would not do it. That is what he told me and I do not know how business's tax numbers work anymore.

It's listed under their FAQ. I sent them my sales and use account id years ago and they stopped charging sales tax immediately. What you need varies by state.

COMC recently started processing items with numbers above 205 million. Surprised they haven't announced a bounty/chase for the 200 millionth card yet.

This weekend I got bored and started building out a sales data tool. There’s still a lot that I want to add to it, but if anyone wants to check it out: https://comcstats.streamlit.app/

Talking to a few sellers about stats they want to see included. And I plan on making another page in the app that compares data from different date ranges.

I’m going to make 2 YouTube vids showing how I built it and how to use it

Shipment delayed beyond the estimated date after 3 months or whatever of waiting, got an email that I'll get $5 off my next shipment? Wonder if this can be used for cards or only for shipping.

Very interesting start! Thank you.

I would like to be able either to download the quantiles, or else be able to copy and paste them into a spreadsheet on my desktop.

I would like to be able to set the date the items were acquired, as well as when they were sold.

value bulk turbo is trash - $32 for a max value of $499 - not a good value proposition

is that $499 number before grading or after?

My understanding has always been that you're supposed to estimate the value of the card given the grade that you expect it to get. So after grading.

Thats what I thought before - so why would anybody in their right mind pay $32 for a card that would be worth $499 after it got a 10? We're talking a max value of $150 before grading

Well $499 is a rough guideline. I've submitted plenty of cards that would have a value well above that in a PSA 10, and I've only gotten dinged for PSA upcharges a couple of times. So I don't think they enforce the upper limit all that aggressively unless you're really egregious about it.

I think $32 is still high, given that if you submit it yourself you can usually do it for $15-16. But you have to do it yourself.

Convenience.

They see grading as part of the enjoyment of collecting.

Protecting/preserving the card.

Making it easier on our survivors should we get run over by a bus.

Potential growth.

For many, many people that's worth $32 over the $17-$20 it usually costs to do it yourself. I wouldn't. But I get it.

I get that but I'm saying the $10 extra for expedited isn't worth it

Default Log in issues

I don't know whether or not people are still having issues with logging in and the site timing out, but for the past month or so, I have not needed to log in and the site never times out when I leave it open for a long time.

Hopefully, everyone is having the same experience.
