Thought about buying the real obsidian as well but that circle on the card threw me off of it. Sucks because I have been looking for one for a while but hoping another one pops up soon.

I didn't know that about Obsidian. I thought the preview was the more rare sought after version.

Nah, I was confused early on also.

If you check ebay there are a bunch of Preview versions and probably 0 true Obsidian.

I have a Lonnie true version, but he has no preview.

I believe estimated PR on the regular Obsidian is 49.

I was fortunate to pull these last year in my Luka hunt. Pink is /75. Obsidian are some of my favorites.

I think the graders should factor that in as I’ve seen a psa 10 with the dimple but then see the same card get docked on surface. All the non previews seem to have that dimple.

I have three of the real obsidian trae's and they all have the dimple in the same spot. As a side note, PSA seems to grade the real obsidians & the previews a lot easier than BGS.

True story... I saw my grandfather for Christmas. He’s like 700 years old. The way he shuffled around reminded me of Luka.

I have a lot of dough into Luka and once mentioned something slightly negative over there and promptly got booted off the island. I’ll stay over here. It’s warmer.

Lol I hear ya boys. I’m a Hawks fan and have far more in Trae than Luka. You can go back through the thread and see what I think of Trae. But I also like arguments in perspective. I hope Trae surpasses Luka for multiple reasons but let’s try and have some objective and rational discussion about it.

Yeah they’re both great. Luka is “better” currently, and I honestly don’t care if he stays that way throughout. Trae is amazing, and Reddish has a lot of potential.

The thing that grinds my gears, and I’m guessing most of the Hawks fans in this thread, is the National narrative of “can’t believe the Hawks traded Luka derp.” Seemingly lost in the shuffle is that the Suns and Kings also passed on him.
