Well… so much for living 5 hours north of Boca Raton being an advantage for faster delivery. My package is in Memphis this morning instead of out for delivery as it should have been. PSA and FedEx seem to be a cute couple.

That's wild that a Value Plus order has been sitting unopened since 9/30. I can only assume those two orders were submitted in the same shipment right? The outside barcode is the ultimate determination of the fate of time for these.

The ultimate test would be combining a Bulk Value order and Super Express order, for example. What would the box barcode tell them to do? Throw it in the massive pile for weeks, or does it get to skip line since they know there's a super express in there too?

Right, a month unopened for Value Plus just doesn't seem right. The lack of clarity of what they're doing at all steps of the process is quite maddening.

I had a bulk value order with a regular order, and they both got checked in within 2 weeks.

Value Bulk order arrived on Sept 18, still sitting...I've had a few orders come back in the past month, averaging about 30% Gem rates, mostly 9s. That is lower than in years past. Actually had one order of 100 cards come back with only 10 Gems, 90 9s. That seems absurdly low given the averages for the set which was about 33% gem rate. Their lack of consistency is obvious. I can just picture the grader going through that order right before lunch on Friday as his co-workers are yelling at him to hurry up, we are going to Raising Canes...

I dropped mine off in person at a PSA drop off event at CardHQ in Atlanta on sept 28th. For in person drop offs they don't get put into the system until they are in research and ID. My orders from that event are still not in the system, i contacted PSA to see where things are at with that order and how far back they are. Since the announcement of price hikes leaked around 9-22 i assume they got flooded with orders trying to sneak in, which has impacted both our orders and many others. If i hear back i will post the response

Fourth progress update. Value Max order with the 1 card just popped. It graded as I expected. A 1955 Bowman Mantle. Here’s their pic. After switching most of my grading over to CGC, the baggie really annoys me more than it used to.
