As far as the "being careful"...they took plenty of spots, Eddie's back and arms were visibly cut up..Jericho was wearing a shirt, but could still see his arms/shoulder and even leg cut and bleeding..

There was plenty to criticize about this match, but that is reaching and complaining just to complain imo

Stupid remarks look in the mirror buddy. I know you are a AEW mark but he's midcard 4 life. Fans get behind guys who should be midcard 4 life and the company gives them a push to appease the fans even though they don't belong in upcard ranks. Like Kofi was years ago.

I know you love AEW but the who show deserves a D it was a poor show.

I would love to see guys like Miro and Black get more pushes to main event. It seems they are being wasted doing what they are stuck in.

Power House Hobbs seems like a younger Big E. He would be another guy I like to see pushed.

Ceasro I like him coming in I just hope he gets a title push instead of being left in midcard world.

Start off with the Best Friends/ Yuta Mox. Match was good..but..

Brody King looked dominant over Darby in a good match. I'm not sure where they are going with the Sting stuff..but not sure a match with either Black or King would be that good. Starks is always gold. Interesting how the former "2 Dimes" was told he might be back in NXT after a year...nope now I'm on AEW tv lol hope he does OK cuz doubt he'll be back now.

Match was ok..Starks/Danhausen is an interesting choice..does Hook potentially get involved?

Loved Daxs heartfelt emotional promo. Top Guys for sure.

The women's match, was decent. I like Willow, she's very charismatic and energetic...sometimes a little too much imo during matches. I'm not sure on Athena/Jade..they didn't seem to have any chemistry at all in the ring. At least she didn't take the pin

Main Event was..fine. Keep in mind, they were basically forced into the Shark Cage gimmick as a tie in for Shark Week by the network. It never made sense, even that JAS are clearly the heels, why only them were in a cage....they even mentioned it.in a promo...it's a no DQ match, Combat Club all hate Jericho..what was to stop them from all coming out and beating his ass, besides were good guys?

As far as actual match, it was fine..as I said plenty of spots and barbwire use I thought..

Another big wtf...Anna Jay heel turn out of nowhere? Why?? Huh?? I guess she's no longer affiliated with the Dark Order after being announced as such last week?

Could've done without the ending schmoz...more of the same we've seen from this "feud". Once Tay came out, pretty much saw Sami coming.

I will agree...no idea where they go now. Already had a Stadium Stampede...Blood n Guts...now barbed wire match...running out of options

Dark Order should have been dissolved after Brodie died. It went on way too long. Grayson wasn’t renewed. Colt was moved to work back stage of ROH. Most of them are dark show talent tbh.

Agree. I love to see pushed for Miro, Ethan Page, Black, Starks, Hobbs.

I think Team Taz is going to have issues soon cause Hook may fight Starks instead of Danhausen or Hook will be with him or something.

It’s 2022 and guys like Moxley, Jericho, Kingston are in your main events. Not good imo.

So Danhausen is currently doing a whatnot stream selling stuff and sold card he made for his $100 Patreon tier for $300 and just sold a "1/1" card made at Double or Nothing for 1k. Wild. Wonder if other wrestlers take notice. I've never even gotten on the app before but had to check it out when I saw he was doing one.

Interesting stories coming out of this past weekends ROH PPV.

Didn't watch, but heard it was pretty solid..with the FTR/Briscoes being an all timer..

But..supposedly Tully Blanchard might be done with AEW/ROH.

he wasn't at the PPV due to prior commitment, but apparently their was some miscommunication..and his faction was bought out by Prince Nana..

Most will probably say so what, no big loss...but even though Nana makes more sense as he has previous ties to ROH, odd to see it built as Tullys faction since the last PPV and just taking in Gresham a week prior on AEW TV.

Yeah it's one thing to be upset but it's another to come out pretty much pouting because he was gonna lose the title like he did. Literally came out without his mask and no enthusiasm at all like he was walking to a funeral. Alvarez also mentioned he heard from multiple people that he was being a pain all weekend apparently. Guy just thinks way too much of himself, like he was champ when the company literally went out of business. How the heck is it shocking when the new owner wants to put the belt on someone else especially when the guy he's putting it on is freakin Claudio!

The Gresham thing isnt overly surprising. There have been other reports that there is a big lack of communication at times in AEW and with Tony. I dont think losing the title was the issue honestly, I think it had more to do with what he was going to be doing afterwards maybe? Plus he was said not to like how much time they were given. Im not a big Gresham fan, he's a great wrestler but has zero charisma so that really hurts him. I believe he ran a few shows last year, so maybe he wants to get back to doing that? Or wants to try and work where his wife works? And he seems like a guy who doesnt mind working on the indies. He gets really good reactions on the indies, where charisma isnt as important.

I actually agree with a lot of this. And again I understand being frustrated..

But to, as a new report has said, cuss out your boss and demand to be released right before the PPV starts? Seems pretty unprofessional to me.

I don't know the details but I would be disappointed if I were Gresham that they put him with Tully then Tully is released and isnt at the PPV so that was for nothing, then they tell you to drop the title to someone who overall is deserving but from Gresham's perspective he hasn't been in ROH/AEW long enough currently to have earned it, then the kicker they have the match not even be one of the last 2 matches. Usually the Title match is the finale or atleast the runner up. Just seemed like there was 0 plans/love for Gresham who has poured his heart and soul into ROH. So far the current ROH roster has been getting beat right and left to the AEW roster so that would be frustrating to watch too.

I like Gresham, I agree he's awful on the mic, the ROH World title was over his head...but he is one of the best Pure wrestlers in the business and the ROH Pure wrestling championship would have been a perfect spot for him to get over. Would have loved to see a Gresham Danielson match.

But I said the same thing when MJF was a potential no show for the PPV...at least that was 4-6 months on going. But still unprofessional.

I already posted my thoughts on Tully..Nana makes more sense ROH wise, but yes the whole sequence of that was weird..

As far as the title match being first..

Gresham isn't really over with the "crowd", and thats not neccesarily his fault. I think most people knew FTR/Briscoes would be the match and is probably why a majority watched anyways..so I get that being the main event.

The weird thing about Anna Jay is I have heard her be at least ok on the mic before. I think it was a matter of trying to be something she isn't. She was trying to be like a Carmella type deal and it came off really bad.

I also didn't love the presentation of Sky Blue. This was essentially her introduction to the Dynamite audience and she looked like she was scared to death not to mention she was dressed like she just got back from the mall. It just didn't come off like they were introducing a wrestler we should take seriously. They really need to do a better job with these younger female talents if they want to continue to grow the women's division.

As a Danielson fan I really didnt like the main event. I knew as soon as he came back from the concussion that they'd have him do the "woozy/dizzy" crap and then pass out at some point. You have the best wrestler in the world, and he loses to Garcia? I get pushing younger talent, but you dont have him beat a big guy like Danielson this soon.

Trios titles? So we want to be sure that everyone on the roster has a belt? AEW Title, AEW Interim Title. TNT Title, Tag Team Titles, Womens Title, TBS Title, All Atlantic Title, soon to be a Trios Title, plus you have these titles on their TV as well FTW Title, ROH Title, ROH Pure Title, ROH TV Title, ROH Tag Team Titles, ROH Womens Title, AAA Tag Titles, IWGP Tag Titles and probably at some point the ROH 6 Man Titles. Damn thats a TON of belts! Guess we should be glad that Impact isnt working with them atm.

I will agree, pretty solid show and fairly easy to watch for the most part. Did a nice job of setting up new storylines and continuing older ones.

Yeah that was a pretty terrible promo...but damn she looked good. I still don't know why they turned her heel.

I'm not as down on a Jericho/Mox match because it kinda makes sense.

JAS has been feuding with BCC/Kingston...regardless of how people feel about Jericho going over Kingston (trust me I didn't neccesarily agree with it either), it makes sense now for him to go after Mox. Besides, who else does Mox really have to wrestle? As long as it's not drug out to the next PPV...Seems as if Kingston is now going after Sammy since he cost him the match. I did really like/appreciate Mox calling to drop all the bs and come as the Lionheart Jericho.

I'm torn on the Starks thing. On 1 hand, we knew Hook was getting that Title eventually. Really liked his promo...and im hoping this split is setting both Starks/Hobbs up for big singles pushes. It also made sense Hobbs turned, because because crowd clearly loves Starks.

On other hand...I hope this doesn't play out for months like the Cage/Team Tazz did...that would be a huge letdown and misuse imo

Agree with the 1st part on Anna Jay, it just seemed forced ohhhhhh I'm a heel now hate me!! I'm sure it'll get better though

I would t neccesarily say it was Sky's introduction...as she's had several matches on Dynamite before...but do agree on 2nd part.

The Main event is something else I'm somewhat torn on.

It was a damn good match. I agree that doing the concussion bit was a bit much...but..he is a damn good seller. Was shocked by the outcome, since it was hyped as the big return..

But on the other side...Garcia can only take so many losses..he's lost pretty much every big match he's been in, including the ROH PPV
Not sure if the Hager ending is setting up a split from JAS story or at least planting the seeds, guess we'll see.

The trios titles have been talked about for at least a year, year and a half...so I get it. They were only waiting for Kenny to return so they can finally do the Elite/Undisputed angle. So, in a way I'm fine with it...

But..

THEY NEED TO GET ROH FIGURED OUT!!

technically it is "separate", but you have all AEW "talent" holding the belts..AND you just had a new freaking ROH TRIOS champ at the PPV!

definitely agree getting way too any titles

Another minor thing...can we stop already with the damn cute TV show names...

It was fine when they first started..but mow.it.seems just like the gimmick matches, we now get gimmick show names every other week...Quake at the lake? Come on lol

Also thought the Rosa match was the best she's had in a loooong time, even though the finish was little anticlimactic.

The ME was awesome. The right guy won. Danielson beating Garcia does nothing for anyone. Garcia beating Danielson put Garcia over and doesn’t make Danielson look bad. Great booking.

I’m so over Danielson, Moxley, Jericho winning weekly. It’s to predictable.

This week we got Hook, Starks. Jungle Boy, and Garcia coming out strong. Good episode.

The entire FTW segment was amongst my favorite stuff they've done all year. Felt like it completely made both HOOK and Ricky back to back. Very excited to see people embrace Ricky as a baby face.

I was also really glad to see Garcia win although interference in the main event finish 2 weeks in a row is really annoying. Also didn't love Bryan selling the head stuff but that at least should be reason enough in match for Garcia to be able to best him clean. Minor gripes though in what was an overall great ep.

Wouldn't be shocked to see him be the one to dethrone Wardlow at some point.
