That's fair.

1. Having a Tax Exempt Account can help.
2. Having a established relationship with an online retailer helps.
3. Not ordering above posted limits helps.
4. Not ordering multiple orders of the same/similar product before another ships can help.
5. Ordering from guest checkout probably isn't a good idea if ordering in bulk.

Anything that is collectible/perceived collectible/limited edition/investment worthy is subject to cancellation. Probably the biggest thing would be having a long standing relationship with the online retailer. Unfortunately, this takes years. Listen, I'm not the czar and don't pretend to be. There are customers that order by the thousands on Walmart and Target on a consistent basis., but I'm not talking cards. There are more things to collect/invest in that Walmart/Target sells that aren't cards. Some get their orders in, some don't. The only one I know (of the Big Boys) that has limits on select products consistently is Amazon. This protects themselves so others have a fair shot at a said product. This also then in turn prevents you from being banned from ordering on their Website.

With all of that being said, you might be able to order something in quantity and get away with it. However, don't be surprised if they start cancelling either. Hope this helps.

yup. the people who are mad they can't get more than 10 are mostly people looking to extort those who got in line after them. I happen to have a ton of Prizm coming to me but I spread it out amongst like 5 stores (and I'm not going to resell any of it unless I have the self-control to save a case for a year or two). if you want to make money selling this stuff, go apply to Panini as an authorized dealer, and pay tax on your earnings. no, don't want to do that? then play nice and be content sharing with your peers

anyway, has WM given ANYONE tracking info yet? I don't care about pending CC holds, I mean actual shipping confirmation & tracking

Mine still show an arrival date by tomorrow but haven't been shipped. I only have 10 megas and 10 fat packs but I'm cautious to email support to ask, just in case it does get canceled.

They never had any! They still haven’t shipped any, right? Someone mentioned MJ holding is the 3rd party vendor of cards for Walmart. Perhaps they are the ones holding product back or they didn’t have that much at all. Did panini cut their allotment?

Target started selling product they had ready to be shipped. Well, Excel I guess.

Has anyone gotten word form Walmart regarding their Prizm orders?

Mine still says expected ready for in store pickup after 6pm tonight. I’m not holding my breath.

All of mine still say’ ‘preparing order,’ I was really hoping for some movement today!

My Wal-Mart blasters are still listed as "preparing order" and are scheduled to arrive Monday, Nov 25th. But just like everyone else, I don't have any shipping or tracking info and there hasn't been any other movement.

I doubt they're backed up as other orders of cards like baseball are being sent. My guess is walmart is selling products they dont have in hand. The same as people who think they got boxes from Walmart to sell on Ebay but don't have it in hand. Lol just my opinion.

Same as everyone else. Says being delivered today, but no movement. My 10 Hangers of Chronicles I ordered Wednesday will be here tomorrow, however.

I just spoke to a WalMart rep. They have one guy sending out all the Prizm orders to the different WalMarts. He is on vacation until after Thanksgiving though. He got 30 done and has around 4500 more to go. The ETA is around New Years or MLK day.

I had a pleasant exchange with Alexia M and Dwight this morning about my cancelled orders. I wanted to know why 1, all my orders were cancelled instead of just the excess over the policy limit, and 2, why I was charged for them two months ago and they were just now being refunded.

Much to my surprise I received about a 4 paragraph response with not one bit of helpful info, but I was given a $5 coupon code "to compensate for this aweful incident."

I just checked my CC and the charge is still pending...it's been there since the 19th. We'll see if it actually hits soon, maybe that will mean that they actually have this ready to go.
