Finally, there is someone I saw on Instagram that has 14 of these. I’m not sure if he’s on BO, but man, those will probably never see the light of day. He seems to be a huge Soto collector, and he is holding onto them. That’s just gonna make obtaining this card that much harder. Personally, I don’t think you overpaid for it.

I’ll celebrate when the card is actually safe in my hands. It’s a Father’s Day Gift to myself this year.. so hopefully I get it this week.

Totally agree that 2K was not an overpay for a good looking raw copy. Excluding 1/1s, what are Soto's best RC parallels? This has to be right up there with the US300 Clear/10 and the HMT55 red refractor /25. Even though it's got a higher print run, it's still very limited, and some folks are hoarding them. People love how it looks!

Edit: full disclosure... I don't own one. I don't own any US300s, not even a base.

Not an overpay at all. Just my opinion ….

Soto doesn't have many RCs to choose from, and that will go a looong way in a few years.

The ebay saved search worked with all the negatives...don't need a PSA-6 or 7 or 8 or 9 or 10. But 8.5, yes please!

A couple of PSA-7s sold for $20.50ea at auction the other day, so this 8.5 at $23.50 seems like a deal, in a way.

Pop report has a 9 qualifier, 7.5 (pop 2), and a 6.5 (pop 1!), plus a PSA-5 and PSA-4.

Wanted: US300 black, US300 independence day, HMT55 gold, HMT55 auto in off-condition so I can peel the auto and get it signed on-card.

Just got most of these back from PSA. Was going to hold on to them but I sold the Gold Refractor /50 a couple days ago so my OCD probably won't let me. Still cool to see them together.

There was someone on here that said they were receiving a PSA 5 of this card and I had been interested in purchasing it, but not sure what he did with it.

I'm thinking self-induced pin hole for the PSA-1 , but for the rest, I'll be trying to acquire the mistakes of others. I don't know what makes a 5 vs. 6 on a modern card with sharp corners. A crease on the back = 4, it seems. 3 and below, I'll have to start flipping cards against walls like the old days.
