It's not cheating.

Even if he did get an indication from the dugout, how the heck was it an electronic intercept which would be cheating when they are in the opposing teams stadium? and if by chance he glanced in because someone figured out the pitcher was tipping pitches, thats not cheating. Many teams have figured out pitchers tipping pitches and never get accused of cheating. It just seems like there's still a lot of salty, idiots out there from last year accusing Judge of steroids to this year now accusing him of cheating by possibly knowing one pitch that was coming. I guess they shut the operation down for him today since he's not hitting.

What did Donaldson do in that at bat? Strike out as usual?

I'm pretty sure you can find tons of photos of tons of players looking somewhere other than straight ahead at the pitcher in at bats. Desperate people looking for desperate acts.

These trolls are comical. OemGee Judge looked at the dugout! Did he not have his apple watch the Red Sox gifted him charged? Did the clown buzzer from Altuve not work? How dare he look away!!!

Literally stealing signs by figuring out what pitchers/signs are is legal. Even when I was 9 years old in little league, our coach would tell the team to watch the other teams coaches giving signals to see if they can figure out their signs.

I even remember batters (when the pitchers threw more than just fastballs) would look down at the catcher to see if they can see their fingers to know what is coming. If there was someone on second base and the catcher only put a finger down for the pitches vs a series then the guy on second would flash the finger so we could know what was coming.

It’s only a big deal because he hit the ball 462 feet, if he would’ve swung and missed is this even a thing. Nothing illegal about stealing signs if done without the aid of technology.

"Blue Jays pitcher admits he was tipping pitches when facing Aaron Judge"

https://theathletic.com/4526717/2023...pping-pitches/

"Before Jackson came to a set position, he brought his hands up near his ear as he gripped the ball. The grip, indicating which type of pitch he was about to throw, was visible to Yankees first base coach Travis Chapman, according to multiple Jays sources. Jackson, in a telephone interview Tuesday night, acknowledged he was tipping his slider, but said the timing of his delivery was more of an issue than his grip."

Can we move on now?

All Rise for #12. He might be the AL Player of the Week with all of these home runs.

Arenado is in the NL, as is Alonso. So it looks like it.

Waiting for the newb trolls and Astros fans to come in here and say that the first base coach stealing signs is somehow illegal.
