Nope, it was a card that was never a redemption. They were pack-pulled ones that people pulled 4 years ago when busting.

His redemption was from a different product, but they sent this as a replacement.

So these cards were packed out, but they saved some for whatever reason and 4 years after the product came out they sent it out as a replacement.

I didn't see what difference it made.

It was a card from several years ago that was live in packs when the product was out, and it was used as a redemption replacement 4 years after the product released.

Should my friend have to disclose that this was NOT pack pulled if he sells?

I'd imagine it was cut from upper deck, but the fact remains it was withheld from packs and 4 years later used as a redemption replacement.

People seem to think that these are numbered to like /5 from reading on here, but if they withheld this one, who knows, they could have hundreds of them in storage waiting to send out to people.

It won't matter to them, man.

I've given the example of the Topps Chrome Andrew Luck rookie auto (not inserted into packs, not numbered, offered as replacement for a different card) many, many times. Everyone just ignores it.

The fact is that the redemption process is completely different then it was 15 years ago when the jambalaya were produced.

Of course though ken ignores this and assumes 2013 process and makes it fit his delusional story for the jambalayas made in a different era.

well that's a convenient thing to say after I've answered all your questions to show it's similar.

if they aren't mentioned in the Beckett Checklist or cardboard connection i'd stay away from them

I saw that thread of yours, and never saw anything like that pulled or seen them anywhere else...fact is they were sent from Upper Deck...that is the defining difference here

there is no side show/story behind how the cards came about being

I said this in the other thread. Go back and read it.

I've said it all along and convientlly ken and others keeps ignoring it to make his delusion sound fair.

I was just interested in really hearing the info as you were being reluctant to post any.

Using the luck and Lopez as an example and proof that what ken did is okay or that it's the same situation is 100% off base an ignoring the actual process and status of the hobby and the changes over time.

Never said it was OK, just asked if he should have to list it as not being pack-pulled.
