I'm in Jersey. I casually went to my lcs one Sunday around when NT bkb was released. He was opening lots of product there, paying in cash and the owner said he paid some in paypal too. He had me played because he seemed VERY honest and nice. We ended up splitting 2 boxes of NT BKB, he sent me his half via paypal gift and there were no issues. I took the cards, and sent him half of what I sold them for. I'm just flabbergasted that I was talking to this dude for an hour and this is who he really is. By the way he told myself and my lcs owner his name was Ryan. I'm just very grateful I was not one of his victims.

I good friend of mine that works in OSI criminal-fraud is going to put a stop to this - his exact words, "you can run but you cant hide". He takes this serious because he collects as well.. He wants me to give him all the address he used and name. As for protocal, I would have to wait 13 more days, and if I do not get my cards, I file a claim with the info I have then he will put his name in the "A System" where if he tries to travel he will be stopped and taken in for questioning. Who's laughing now beyaach!!

If he does not travel, oh well.. but I think if he gets pulled over as well he will be brought in, will check

Your friend.....he should inform you that unless a complaint is registered, nothing can be "entered into A system"

He will not be taken anywhere.
People rant, complain and get upset ...but few pay the 25.00 fee to swear out a warrant for fraud, theft and even fewer file mail fraud charges...which if everyone had done this from the get go, then this would no longer be an issue since they snowball as more are added .

WKSU News: Brecksville brothers charged in $60k baseball card fraud

People need to take 20 minutes out of their busy day to file online and then take an hour and file with their local PO. You can bet your butt I would...then again, I have never been duped and I would NEVER do an online trade for cards

Good luck

Umm.... He did and I did mention above.. That's why I said I would have to wait 13 more days to "file a claim" or shal I say the claim to go in (e)affect. It's protocol, not sure why but it is... Papers has been filled out in advance, pm's and a copy of this thread has been scanned. According to them PO has nothing to do with this. I'm guessing cus card was never sent out.
