I think his biggest hurdle is mental, he's always been immature.

I hate the play calling by the Raiders. They play a lot better when they are a more balanced team as opposed to 3/4 passing vs run. Instead if the opposing team scores first or the game is kept close, they put it all on the shoulders of Carr. This team is a lot better when it is a balanced attack keeping the opposing D honest.

I think the AFC South is the worst conference I've ever seen this year. Colts still are probably favored if they lose this game and go 1-3
