Default Problem with member on here thehobbybox1

Made a deal with this person - thehobbybox1 - on March 7th.

I paid him for a gameboy micro w/ charger + game and did receive it a week or so later.

He described the gameboy to me as good condition with 1 scratch on the screen. When I received it, it had multiple small cracks that i found and the charger did not work with the system. The charger was wrong basically.

We agreed to receive a partial refund of $12.

It's been like 2-3 weeks and I am waiting for his "funds" to clear. He sent me a snapshot of his account and it being locked but who doesn't have the time to transfer $12 or send a MO or something?

I messaged him again yesterday and i am waiting for a response. I will give em another chance before leaving a negative feedback (not like it'll give me my money back anyway).
