It is only 1 sale tho. Was $250-350.... curious to see what the next one sells for. Only 45 total graded... 37 9.5s... Pretty much same for Kawhi... 41 total graded... 31 9.5s

It's more like tripled/quadrupled in the past week. Seems like prizm stuff went up 4x. Prizm rookies went from 6-7$ to 25-30$ Select went from like 2-3$ to 10-12$. His Auto's and stuff more than doubled.

It's crazy how one big shot, along with a string of good/great games, made his cards jump so much. Other players put up 40 pts here and there, and nothing.

Remember, its not just the string of games, but Giannis just turning 22, people are seeing Lebron type potential in his game who can play 5 positions. With the exception of AD (24 in March), the top players are currently averaging at age 27-28. Think of how much better he can be. That's why people are loading up now and you are seeing spike in prices.

This article also came out 2 days ago. Giannis is an MVP candidate. If the Bucks finish in the top 4 in the East and he keeps churning out these games, I believe he wins MVP and his cards are off to the races.

Can't say i disagree about most casual's don't know who he is. I think people saw his potential at the end of last year. Can he be a great player... i think so.... Can he be superstar/ lead a team to a championship? Milwaukee has a ton of talent, and they are only 1 game over 500. I get he's a young player... i just don't see his game, as someone who can take over. At least not yet.

I guess i was more surprised by the overnight spike, opposed to a slow build. That's the hobby/hype though i guess. People jump on the bandwagon. Just wish i would have bought more between last year- now.

I remember in 2013 that any card of his was selling well. I decided to load up on base cards. I just checked my stock. I have 19 select base cards, 17 prizm base, select base auto, intrigue base auto, select prizm of his base card, a purple, blue and prizm /25 of his red hot insert, crusade silver base /25 and a gold crusade base /10. Wow, I am not used to collecting someone who goes up. It is usually the other way around.

I wish I hadn't dumped all my 13/14 Prizm over the last few years... but I have busted 3 cases of 13/14 Pinnacle recently which has yielded 10-12 base per case, and I have hit a couple RC jsy cards, Artist Proof and Museum Collection parallels as well. No autos yet though!

I wonder when the peak selling point will be. It's crazy high right now, but if he gets to an MVP level, how much more will they go up?

Elias tweeted that me might be there now. Top 20 in every major stat. If he keeps up this pace... he will begin to get move love. But he has the stats... just has to keep up his current pace. He is all over the court... playing 4 different positions.

I'd imagine peak will be at the all star game if he does something magical or later.
If they can somehow squeeze into that #5-6 spot and make the playoffs, I'm confident they will be playoff bound and he will likely get some bumps.

those stacks of prizm base equal to 20, the PMG is in pretty nice condition compared to the many I passed up over the last few years, front edges still aren't 'mint' but the rest of it looks nice and the back looks real good.

That escalated quickly (his card prices). 2013-14 wax is still mostly really cheap (except Prizm, obviously). Easy money for those of us who invested in his cards.
