Default Is anyone else addicted to cereal?

I could eat half a box every sitting. I did last night.

I always have two bowls when I have any. But I only eat it when the wife buys a good kind.

I had cold cereal with milk for the first time in many months, maybe a year, the other day. And it was a cereal I remember growing up loving, Frosted Flakes. After one bite I threw it in the trash.

Overrated.

Frosted Flakes, Apple Jacks and Waffle Crisp are my go-to’s.

But I like any cereal... Cap’n Crunch (esp Crunch Berries), Honey Nut Cheerios, Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Life, Fruity Pebbles, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Rice Krispie Treats, Froot Loops, Honey Smacks and the list goes on and on. Cereal is just delicious.

Do you guys sometime eat them with no milk?

A little snack to munch on while on the computer?

Unless the cereals are Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cocoa Puffs, Apple Jacks, Frosted Flakes, Golden Grahams, or Cheerios then the answer is no

I remember as a kid unloading trucks working at Target...whenever I saw a cereal case I would just let them fall from the top of the truck 10 feet in the air because they were light and easy to catch... those cases of Grapenuts though would catch you off guard as that cereal weighs 3 times as much as a regular box despite being smaller and a case is like catching a 50 pound bowling ball.

Golden Grahams and Golden Puffs are my go to

Wondered that too. Here is the answer.

Another explanation originates from employees at Post, who claim that the cereal got its name due to a resemblance to grape seeds, or grape "nuts." The cereal originally prepared by C. W. Post when developing the product was a batter that came from the oven as a rigid sheet. He then broke the sheet into pieces and ran them through a coffee grinder to produce the "nut" sized kernels

The never ending cycle; Finish the milk first add more cereal, finish the cereal first add more milk.
